Slow service person behind counter could not understand our order or even that the order was for two customers asked for tomatoes she stared at an empty tray until finally realizing it was empty after I told her & lettuce was brown another server was up front was up front no help. Place was in need of cleaning , flies everywhere all in all felt no customer service through our lunch away not happy and will not becoming back and will not recommend sorry used to be a good place
The ladies working today did an outstanding job. I ate half my sandwich and had to go back inside to tell them it was the BEST Subway sandwich of my life! Thank you so much and great job ? ??

Girl was nice and professional. Other sandwich maker really struggled with wrapping, and making the sandwiches. There were flies EVERYWHERE. Also the man making the sandwich never changed his gloves and swatted the flys away with his gloves and went right back to making the sandwich. I’ve never seen someone roll up a sand which and make it look so unappetizing. Out of turkey, stale bread and a thousand timers at once. Genuinely hope the health department sees this one.

Online orders are not priority. They had a lot of people in the store so ordered online. The website said 15 minutes. I should have just waited in line to get my order quicker. The website said my order was ready and wasn't. Highly disappointed.

The employees were not helpful when asked questions. There were out of toppings and the mayo was left out on the counter. They seemed bothered by us asking for toppings that were out. We bought a fountain pop and the ice was out. So I asked if I could get some ice, they said they don’t have any. So I got to drink a warm $2.00 pop. Never again will I ever go there.

Worst subway in the world, they messed up the order so bad in the drive through I had to go inside to finish ordering. When I got in there half my order was made and I asked if it had wheat bread and everything I asked for they said yes. I get to the car and it’s on a tortilla, I look at my receipt and it’s 3 dollars more. If I didn’t know any better all employees were under 18 and on something.

Love being able to order online and getting there at the time my order should be done, to no order ready and they are out of the bread we want. If thats the case, call. You knew when the order came through that you had no bread, yet didn’t try to ensure the order would be ready at the selected time? I get that its busy but this is at the dead of morning with three workers, with only one doing anything about my order. Really hope the girl who made my order is paid well, she was the only one doing anything.

Super slow. Nice workers, they may have been short a few people. The bathroom was nasty, they didn't have much of a selection of bread. After eating at the Redmond Subway (on Fir), maybe they have spoiled me into expecting the same at every Subway shop.

Since the new owner this place has gone down hill! Customer service would be great if they had the training. A work flow , how things are done.. Sandwiches are meh not worth it old bread and my soda was straight soda water..

I have gone through the drive through 4 times and each time the service was bad. Slow to respond, slow to fill the order, and unapologetic about the poor service.I pre-ordered once and sat waiting for 15 min while my order sat in its bag finished on the counter.Would not recommend this place.

Quiet stand alone Subway location. Has a drive through or you can dine in (though the door was boarded up with cardboard, whatever that means).
