Consistently Poor Quality and Service at This Location I am a regular Taco Bell customer and not a picky person, but my recent experiences at this location have been extremely disappointing. On multiple visits, I have ordered a burrito for nearly \$6, only to receive a flat, poorly made item with very little filling inside. This is not an isolated incident — it has happened several times, and it is far below the quality I expect from Taco Bell.
When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, the response was dismissive and rude, and they refused to correct the order. I understand that products may not always look exactly like advertisements, but customers should receive a properly prepared meal that reflects the price paid.
This location’s repeated failure to deliver quality food and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Unless there is a serious improvement in both product quality and customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The drive-thru seems to be always busy when you go inside. They are serving a lot to the drive-thru so your order on the inside takes some time usually

I placed an online pickup order with an ETA of 15 minutes. It's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting for my food. I've been told they are backed up and working on it. Meanwhile, everyone in the drive thru has been helped and the staff inside doesn't know what's going on. I tried to cancel it because I didn't have 45 minutes to stand around but the person doesn't know how to do that. It's literally 2 items. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I hate this place every time I go there they mess up on my food can't you guys follow instructions on how to make food and double stackers are not supposed to be spicy and they aren't supposed to have chips on them. All the years I've eaten here and got the double stackers they have never had spicy chips on them calling hire up now done with this place. I work fast food and our number one priority is getting our food right so the customers don't complain and we make it fresh and hot. Now that they did this I have no dinner to eat.

The food is usually good apart from the fact that when you ask for no sour cream multiple times on multiple occasions they relentlessly continue to glob your food with that heinous excuse for a condiment. I would think it would be easier to not put the sour cream on when asked considering it’s one less step in the process of making a burrito but you gotta go above and beyond and put it on there anyway because you aren’t slackers after all.
