The employees here are so great! They always give the very best customer service EVER! I really appreciate the patience they have for me & my indecisiveness. Not only that, it always tastes amazing. Never old, never stale, meat is always good, etc. Best Taco Bell ever!

Love it here . Food always seems fresh to order. The drive thru has friendly faces. Their wait time is next to nothing when we go . I do miss chase such a nice person always used greets us with a smile . Now my kiddos and I don't go in like we used to because we always went to say hi. This person was always good to my kiddos.

Finally got to the menu in the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of us and we’re told before we could order that it would be a 15-25 minute wait for our food. 😳 No thanks!

Consistently Poor Quality and Service at This Location I am a regular Taco Bell customer and not a picky person, but my recent experiences at this location have been extremely disappointing. On multiple visits, I have ordered a burrito for nearly \$6, only to receive a flat, poorly made item with very little filling inside. This is not an isolated incident — it has happened several times, and it is far below the quality I expect from Taco Bell.
When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, the response was dismissive and rude, and they refused to correct the order. I understand that products may not always look exactly like advertisements, but customers should receive a properly prepared meal that reflects the price paid.
This location’s repeated failure to deliver quality food and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Unless there is a serious improvement in both product quality and customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
