I hate this place every time I go there they mess up on my food can't you guys follow instructions on how to make food and double stackers are not supposed to be spicy and they aren't supposed to have chips on them. All the years I've eaten here and got the double stackers they have never had spicy chips on them calling hire up now done with this place. I work fast food and our number one priority is getting our food right so the customers don't complain and we make it fresh and hot. Now that they did this I have no dinner to eat.

The food is usually good apart from the fact that when you ask for no sour cream multiple times on multiple occasions they relentlessly continue to glob your food with that heinous excuse for a condiment. I would think it would be easier to not put the sour cream on when asked considering it’s one less step in the process of making a burrito but you gotta go above and beyond and put it on there anyway because you aren’t slackers after all. I placed my order online and paid. I chose to walk in to pick it up. All of the doors were locked at 7 pm. After knocking, a man came to the door and told me they were drive through only. I told him I had an online order and I'm driving a dual rear wheel truck that doesn't do well in drive through. The employee told me he could get fired for even opening the door... then I watched him walk some guys food out to him. He said that the other two working are inexperienced and having the lobby open would overwhelm them. He wouldn't even agree to hand me my food when it was done. I have been stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes now. I'm still 7 cars back and have already paid for my food. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming. He turned away some dude with a horse trailer to go through the drive through the same time as me. This is insanity, how are these people still in business.

Here's a thought how about firing the clearly worthless manager and hiring somebody who actually gives a damn about customer service and getting orders out quicker and correctly. If you offer me enough I would consider it. Haha.
