We had the yellow curry and basil fried rice. Both were excellent and the fried rice was exceptionally good. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommended!

We felt a bit uncomfortable at the bar, kinda like our needs were inconvenient as the late dinner rush came in. We ordered a steak dish (the crying Tiger) that was about 50 Percent fat, not great cut of meat. Which is not a big deal… When we explained why we couldn’t finish it, we were dismissed by a manger and given 10% off, which was nice, but it kinda felt snide. Oh we also asked about the Champagne on the menu and the staff seemed irritated that we were curious, but the menu just says “Champagne $90”
It’s been rebranded and possibly under new management? I’ve eaten here about 40 times in the past.. and always felt welcome and enjoyed the staff. Tonight was a major miss. The serving staff was kind, but gentleman with the glasses seemed annoyed by our presence. Honest feed back. Hope it helps!

Pork dumplings and crab Rangoon wontons were a favorite! We’re pretty picky when it comes to our sushi so it wasn’t a grand slam there for us, but their Thai food dishes and appetizers are definitely worth the stop. Love sitting outside surrounded by all of the fresh herbs they cook with! Drinks were delish and the service was good.

Food is great especially the duck! Maggie waited on us & she is terrific! Handicap accessible. Parking lot has rocks so not smooth.

My fiancé and I went here because it was close to where we were camping (Nehalem Bay S.P.). I found it online and was impressed with the photos and the menu. Boy, were we surprised when we got there. The place was immaculate! The decor was stunning. Outdoor seating had fresh flowers through out. The staff was on their game and very informative of the food and the different levels of heat that can be added to each dish. The food came out quick, fresh, the dipping sauces were delicious, food cooked to perfection, and just spicy enough for us both (we like it spicy so we ordered level 5). It was my fiancé birthday so I asked if they could surprise her with pie and candles. Not only did they do that, but the whole staff came out and sang Happy Birthday along with the everyone else in the restaurant! What a wonderful experience! I'd like to thank the owners and employees for making her birthday great! If you are in the area, don't hesitate, just go. You will love it also.

My husband and I ordered carry out. I had the spicy eggplant with rice noodles instead of rice. It was great as a noodle dish. The chicken pad Thai was nice, not too saucey.

We were road tripping through Oregon. Every resturant had the same menu so we decided to give The Happy Elephant a shot. It was in my top 5 Thai restaurants. Perfect food, delightful service, and the pie was sublime!

This is a great restaurant. From the inviting sitting arrangement (inside and outside), to the large food menue with all the Thai and sushi classics, to a great cocktail and drinks offering (with small bar top). It's a hidden gem off the beaten path. If you are in the area, it is worth the visit! I forgot to take pictures because I was enjoying it so much. Their take on spice levels is quite funny. I went for 50 and was spot on hot hot.
Their home made chilli oil is really good. They should consider selling that on a jar!!! I did take pie home for dessert and loved it!!

This place is excellent. As a person who has traveled to Thailand, taken several Thai cooking classes, and tried hard to make Thai recipes at home, I don't offer this review lightly.
We did not order off the sushi menu so I can't comment there.
We did order the Pad Thai, pumpkin curry, fresh rolls, 2 of the craft cocktails, and pie and cookies for dessert. All were very good.
I suggested to our sever that they offer Thai cooking classes. I'd sign up for one!

The food here is AMAZING! We came here for my husband’s birthday and we were very impressed with how delicious and authentic the Thai food was. We have traveled to Thailand and have taken Thai cooking classes and this is seriously the best Thai food we’ve had. They have sushi too now so next time we’ll have to try that. The pie and cookies were great too. Everything tastes homemade and they even make their own chili sauce, and use ingredients fresh from their garden. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
