One of those nights where you cravings dictate your dinner, so while visiting Manzanita, we decided on pizza. Walked up to the window hoping to place an order, (aware that it’s Labor Day weekend & we were prepared to wait a little while) but holy cow, they said they were TWO HOURS behind for orders. We were excited to have their pizza and it seems to be a very popular place. It was worthy of the hype, but I prefer my pizza with a little more firmness. I would definitely give it another try on a future visit.
The menu says the large feeds 3-4 people. It feeds about 4-6 adults. We thought the dough was not cooked enough in the center. Outer crust great, center doughy and chewy. We will order a medium size next time and see if the crust is baked better in the center.
