Always good service and good food. I had the Classic Roast Beef meal with curly fries and my husband had the Classic French Dip & Swiss, both were delicious. I've been here a few times and they have never disappointed me.

Took over 20 minutes to get our food through the drive thru. There was only 1 customer inside shutting at a table. Customer in front of me finally went inside to find out about their order. I finally drove to the front to go inside. Went out to the car. Noticed I was missing an item. Walked back inside. Got the missing item. Drive 20 minutes to go home to feed my family. Got home and noticed they messed up again. Missing another item and had an item I didn't order. Very poor.

I was thinking or ordering Arby's to get the limited time Italian Sandwich. Today is 9/4/25. After reading all of the google reviews I decided against it. That many negative reviews and the poor response from Arby's caused me to change my mind.

Service was slow, food was cold and the manager reprimanded and used a loud voice for training and scolding employees. The whole lobby could hear. I was not impressed. Manager should know better.
