Service was slow, food was cold and the manager reprimanded and used a loud voice for training and scolding employees. The whole lobby could hear. I was not impressed. Manager should know better.
The drive through was ok. Im gluten-free and its always hit or miss if they can follow what we explained....had to check....no cheese or sauce like usual. Oh well so we had to get the stuff to make it right.
The food is never the problem here, it's the staff. They can never get my order right. It's always either missing sandwiches or the wrong type of fry or the completely mess the order up. ALWAYS check your bag before driving off. Too many times have they messed up. Usually I don't write reviews on fast food because you can't expect much but this place sucks.
