Great food at reasonable prices. A wonderful selection of pastries and beer with classic sandwiches. This is an excellent location for a casual date or family meal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, exceptionally welcoming, and delightfully personal. They have a gallery of unique, entertaining art pieces. Small houseplants are thriving all over. The food is served hot and crisp. The reuben is great, and so are the onion rings. The soft pretzels were chewy just like gluten ones. Even my partner (gluten-eater) loved his gluten-free food. They have a variety of great beers on tap. Coming here is a wonderful classic experience that you won't want to miss. The Bierlys have created something special.

It’s the best gluten free beer you’ll ever have. I’m not gluten free so I can give a side by side comparison and Bierly beer is without a doubt just as good as the best craft glute beer out there. It’s so good you’d think they’re lying. My favorite brewery in McMinnville.

Bierly is my favorite brewery/ restaurant. We live 2 hrs away and plan trips around visiting Bierly. It is a haven for the gluten free, but delicious for everyone. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It’s super popular, so come early to get your pick of delicious treats.
This place is my go-to in Mac. Being a GF person, having amazing (dark) beer again is such a delight! *The Blackbird Stout is my personal favorite.*
The donuts are top notch, the corn dogs, sandwiches, French bread, zucchini fries….literally every single thing is so delicious and exciting to have that type of food when you’re GF. I’m like a kid in a candy store there! The food doesn’t taste GF (IYKYK,) it’s just all around amazing.
Even if you’re not GF, the food is AMAZING; you won’t be disappointed. Grateful for such a great establishment and amazing people who own, run and work there! ?

If you're gluten intolerant, this brewery/bakery is an incredibly rare treat (my partner was able to have her first -gluten free of course- corn dog in over two years. Tears may have been shed!) If you're fine with gluten, this is a fun and hearty menu with neat twists on classic beers, baked goods, etc. The nutella danish is huge, buttery, and without the gluten structure it ends up with the texture of the best bakery scone. Either way, you're in for a treat ❤

This is a queer safe space that will not only quench your thirst but feed your soul just as much as your stomach ? if you're looking for a completely qluten free menu that is absolutely delicious, you need to head to Bierly Brewing this weekend! The donuts were super fluffy, and the pretzel was spot on. We also got a basket of beer battered fries with platypus sauce and the vegan ranch that were delightfully crispy.
The staff gave immensely queer vibes, and the entire place felt very safe. There's some card games available to play if you're feeling froggy, and artwork everywhere that seemed like it was available for purchase. It sounds like they have events too, which we'll definitely come back for ❤️
Plus, they have a to-go freezer!!! How amazing is that?? Prices were *very* reasonable too. 10/10 will come back!
