We tried Bistro Maison for the first time Christmas Eve. They offered a prix fixe menu at $90/person plus a mandatory 22% gratuity, regardless of party size. The service was terrible. Gratuity should be at the diner's discretion and commensurate with the service provided. We were not provided with 22% quality service. In fact, we felt like afterthoughts being upstairs. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order and then another 35 minutes for them to return...
Bistro Maison is hands-down some of the most incredible food I've had in a very long time. Every single dish was executed perfectly - thoughtful, balanced, and bursting with flavor. Bistro Maison was the ideal way to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with all the creature comforts of a home-cooked meal (and then some!) and no clean-up to follow. Plentiful portions meant there were leftovers to take home and enjoy later. The team effort provided by the staff ensured that we were taken care of from start to finish despite constantly having a full house. Highly recommend.
