As we argued, the crew decided that they would swarm the window in what I assume they feel was an intimidating manner. Do not go to this location.

We waited 15 minutes for our food while other people behind us got their food first. We had to tell them twice our food hasn’t been out yet. They just ignored us and continued to give orders to other customers. Not a great or friendly place.

Several visits have resulted in either missing items or wrong items all together. This time I asked for a whopper meal and one of the spicy chicken wraps and they entered it in as a more expensive sandwich and just stared at me in confusion when I asked why it was so much more than the menu board listed until a manager stepped in and corrected it. We did drive-through at the BK near Lowes. For the third time, they got our order wrong. Tonight, we ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese, no pickles, no onions. We got no cheese and lots of pickles on both burgers. Order #20 on 3/4/24. I can assure you, this will be our last order. Ever.
I’m gonna be really honest things here have improved a lot. We’ve both lived here for over 20 years and barely ever gotten an order wrong.. the staff used to be rather rude, but the new staff that they’ve replaced them with are a lot better.. I’m seeing a lot of complaints here on food poisoning, lukewarm food, and wrong orders. So far we really have not experienced this. Granted, they treat us like royalty here. Free food, and all. But even when we pay for food, they get it right .. so much so we have a second Burger King location in McMinnville now.If you’re nervous about drive-through quality, just go into the dining room and order in person and then leave . I’m telling you these people don’t do as bad as everyone claims.
