They can’t get an order right if their life depends on it. Tell me why I had to go back inside twice after I ordered through the drive thru. When I finally said screw it, they can’t do it right and went home, there was long black hairs in my breakfast sandwich. Y’all are disgusting. 🤮

I stopped going to the Burger King at McMinnville off and 99, because the staff is extremely rude not just to be, but I can hear them be rude to the people in front of me most the time. Not all the time, but couple that was messing up my order 75% of the time and I quit going.
I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to this Burger King by Lowe's because the people are always polite and they never mess up on my order.

Took my hamburger back because it was not made right, after explaining again how I wanted it, I get home and it still wasn't made right. How hard is it to make a hamburger with light ketchup, light mustard and cheese plus the 2 patties,nothing else no veggies no other sauces.

Showed up at 9:30pm 5-12-25, friendly service , my fries were partially onion rings and all Luke warm. Ordered whopper, served Luke warm, mushy burger just not good. I’ve had hot food from other locations, this is 3rd attempt at my favorite burger joint and never ever again. Same bad food over and over again. Done

The service is awful and the employees get annoyed with simple requests like wanting a receipt. They will not split orders in the drive thru therefore making the residents I work with upset and frustrated even though I know they have the capability to do this and they're just being lazy. Do better. Edit: black listed from our care facility via refusing to give change unless pushed to and assuming we don't need receipts. We need to track everything down to the penny im sorry the employees here can't even do the bare minimum of their already simple jobs.

We went through the drive through. It was about 8:20pm. We had a difficult time understanding the person taking our order, we advanced to pay for our order,received our order only to find our fries old and tasting burnt so hard we were unable to eat them. I didn’t get a straw for my drink and to top it no napkins. Burgers were okay. Sad day.
