We will go out of our way to eat at this CJ’s. I’m not one to leave reviews for fast food…but this place is always beyond outstanding.
The inside atmosphere is better than any Red Robin, and so is the food. There is a gentleman that works here, he must be the manager, but he should own the whole place. Heck, CJ’s would be smart so snatch him up and put him in charge at corporate HQ. He’d transform the whole place, I know it.
He is kind, quick, and accurate. He also walks around and greets customers with well wishes and helpful table clearing. He makes this place go from good in GREAT. I don’t know how he can be everywhere and everything at once.
So, whoever you are, THANK YOU!

I paid 18 dollars for the worst burger I've ever had. It was barely warm, sloppily put together, the meat was disgusting, I didn't even finish it. I'll just take this as an 18 dollar lesson for life.

Permanently off my list. My husband about died from the food poisoning he got. TG we have health insurance. Won't eat at another ever again. They had to have known what they did because they made sure he never got a receipt.

absolutely disgusting. one of the very few late night things open around here and god this was just terrible. i don’t even know how to explain how gross the burger was. also had jalapeños on it?? not what i ordered at all. worst fast food place around

When our family of 3 1/2 arrived, Jose jumped up to the counter to take our order. He got everything we order correct. He was super attentive and delivered our order the second it was ready. I watched him clean tables and other surfaces several times while we ate over about 15 mins time. Thank you to the kitchen staff for the great food, sorry I could call you out by name. Keep up the great work Jose and kitchen staff, thanks again! P.s. it's been a long time since I've walked into a fast food restaurant and wasn't scared of using the restroom. It smelled lovely, there were no stray paper towels, and the toilet bowls were spotless.
I used the drive thru. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and had a cheery disposition. My food was fresh, hot & well made !

Great food, very hot and fresh. The staff were all very friendly, and the manager was very nice. He was overseeing everything, greeting customers, walking in the dining room, asking if you needed anything, wiping off tables. Very engaged. Highly recommend this Carl’s Jr..
