The food is simply divine! If you like chicken strips, this is the place to get them. They are so juicy and they do not skimp like other restaurants. If you order five, you will probably get six just because they wanna make sure that you get a happy amount. Their burgers are Out of this world. I’m a fan of the jalapeño burger but I don’t like bread so they wrap it up with lettuce. I can go on and on. They have a manager in the afternoon evening and her name is Nancy. She is very special and helpful and quite patient. We are extremely grateful. Sign up for their app and every one dollar you spend is worth 10 stars. The prices are very reasonable and like I’ve already said the portions are great. They really is something for everybody on the menu. I find that the food is fresh. Today the atmosphere was even more enjoyable because we Nancy, their evening shift leader. She taught us a lot about their appParking: There is plenty of parking we have never had an issue and the spaces are big enough where you do not feel like your vehicle will get dented by the car next to you

Wish I could give zero stars.Went through the drive thru to use their free spicy western cheeseburger coupon. Was told at drive thru that they can’t scan the QR codes from their OWN APP. Showed them the coupon and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Asked if I could just pay for the other items I ordered as I don’t want the burger if it’s not free. Lady told me the best they could do was offer 20% off the burger price.I refused to pay for an $8 burger that their app and COMMERCIALS advertised as free. Finally after refusing to pay and cars lining up behind me they finally caved and didn’t charge me for the FREE burger and told me in the future they have no control over it. This is not the first time they have messed up my order.Will not be coming here again.

I ordered a kids chicken nugget meal and a chicken tenders meal they had me go park in front and wait for my food so I did. They then didn't give me the fries that came with my order and tried to argue with me saying they gave me the fries when there was just chicken tenders in my bag.

The App is Still a joke, do not even bother using, it is FN Horrible. But, staff is nice, Correction, The Staff, especially the late night crew are All Stars. Made all items in our order fresh so everything was hot and they didn't keep us waiting long at all. Our only gripe, is that the Food (which as I already said, is for sure made of higher quality ingredients than their local competition. Yup yup yup, always Delicious, but slightly pricey. Some coupons that didn't require me to use the app to get the deal would be a great place to start
