Tonight I was in there with my grandkids and I am trying to teach them how to be independent while having them ored what they would like I saw the 2 employees saying rude things and rolling there eyes because my granddaughter was very nervous about ordering.

Today I ordered a burrito, and while the employee was wrapping it, it completely split in half. Instead of remaking it, he just shoved the broken mess into foil and tossed it into our bag. By the time we opened it, half the burrito was all over everything inside. At that point, it wasn’t even a burrito anymore—it was just a mess. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this Chipotle again.

Orderd pick up and they forgot over half my order over $30 worth of food, and told me it was all in the bag. I tied calling and they will not answer my call. They also messed up the order for the rest of the food that they did give me.

Regular customers, and it's usually pretty ok. Tonight you would have thought they were closing in 15 minutes. There was still 2.5 hours to go. They were out of chicken, black beans, lettuce, and Fajita veg. Indifferent service. We had the carne asada which is like a $3.50 upcharge over chicken, and it wasn't good at all. Grisly and caked with dried spice mix. Pretty disappointed.

Food is always great. 0 stars for service! I just picked my order up I came inside the male and female working the line had stepped back by the meat prepping table and giggled at me and spoke Spanish. They sat there for about a minute then it seemed like they were deciding who was to help me. The female helped me and was very short so I gave her the same attitude back. It’s very unfortunate that I have to be judged when just coming to get food.

The food is good. Today the dining area was so dirty there were no clean tables to sit at. Seams to get worse every time we go there.
Response, to the corporate automatic response. Please just clean up the place. Your management isn't doing a very good job here. Perhaps you guys will take notice if someone contacts the health department. Pictures of the grill, bathroom, worker sitting on the bottom shelf of a prep table on her cell phone, yep, can't make this crap up.
