We invited my brother-in-law and his girlfriend to cocktails so we could get to know her better. Girlfriend-in-law paid the bill! suh-WEET! Even when I tried to pay the second round, she told the bartender not to accept my payment. haha
Even if I had paid, I would still like this place and their cocktails.
It is a nice atmosphere, not too loud, comfortable seating, warm whimsical decorations, friendly service, and clean bathrooms.
They have a large list of cocktails, mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer and wine.
They can make all the traditional cocktails. A regular told me the manhattan is top notch, but the cherries aren’t the best he’s seen. Cherry seemed alright to me. They also have several house cocktails and a few specials to choose from.
Between us 4, we tried several different cocktails. We even tried the house cocktail designed for the bitterest of liqueurs, Jeppson’s Malört. All were deemed tasty by all!
They offer several food items from a full kitchen, including appetizers, sandwiches, salads, breakfast, and dinner. They even have veggie burger, gluten free crackers, and gluten free (GF) fried chicken! ! !
Free parking on the street.
No minors allowed, bummer… l’d like it better if kids were allowed, but it’s so good it’s gets the 5th star.
If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

While they aren't a full gluten free restaurant/bar they do have dedicated fryers for gluten free food and they do their best to keep most of the kitchen gf.
I ordered the fired chicken, which was two pieces of chicken thigh, gf battered, served with Coleslaw and polenta. It was really good and I had no issues. My family also ordered two of their appetizers, a cucumber, radish plate and fired brussel sprouts, both were great, I really enjoyed the brussel sprouts.
We sat at their outdoor seating as we bought our dogs with us, and they even offered water bowls for them!
Overall great experience and the bar manager really understood about my gluten allergy so I felt very comfortable eating there.

Had the fried chicken sandwich, Cuban sandwich with the fresh cut fries and potato salad. I have to say some of the best food I’ve had lately. The Cuban was flavorful and moist with large pickle spears, delicious. The fried chicken sandwich had great local tomatoes, pepper bacon that really hit the mark and was a great bite. The potato salad with fresh dill and red potatoes was a refreshing change to what is expected of restaurant potato salad. So good! Great service too. We really enjoyed the vibe. Highly recommend the Conservatory Bar.

Love this bar and location, have been a few times. We came back for the poutine and brisket and were disappointed in the change to the bland veggie gravy, however the Brussel sprouts were amazing, good drink options including mocktails.

You can order late night food here!!!!!
The sandwiches we all ordered were great!! They give you a lot of fries and they were pretty salty, but perfectly cooked!
The vibe was super cute and everyone at the bar was chill. We went in on a Monday and there was a surprising about of people, I’d be curious to see this place on a weekend day!

Any bar that’s 21+ gets an auto 5 stars from me! The bartenders were so nice, the drinks were a lil sweet but that’s the way I like them, and gf fried chicken? We’ve done it, everyone.

Most expensive cocktail I have ever ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Way over rated and over priced.

Everything took way to long. from getting drinks to getting a nasty bread dessert tasted like wet cardboard with fruit on it. 20 min to get asked what we would like, 10 to make the drinks,35 min to get cardboard. never come back to ask if we wanted another drink. The drinks were gone the 5 min after receiving them. my friend and were so happy to ask for our bill to leave and go some where else.

I usually love this place but brought my girlfriend here for the new brunch yesterday around noon. The eggs Benedict was good. The only problem is, we ordered mimosas and it took 34 MINUTES to obtain a drink and over AN HOUR for the food. We debated on telling them “forget it, we’re leaving” but we stayed out of sheer politeness. There was only 1 person working and there wasn’t a big crowd. Not to mention she was rude. We can’t imagine why service would be this slow even if she was running the whole kitchen by herself. Also the bacon my friend ordered was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for days… she didn’t touch the meal because they completely got her order wrong. What a shame! We will NOT be going back.. they lost a solid customer and we will definitely be discouraging people from going there!

About a week ago I was dropping off some homemade cheesecake to my girlfriend who works for the city bus. I saw the sign for the Conservatory Bar. I said man, I am going to try this place out...I am ever glad I did!!! I was there about 1 pm in the afternoon and I believe the woman behind the bar was one of the owners. Very welcoming and friendly. She was training a new employee and what a most wonderful job she was doing at that. They both took my order and the food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious!!! It really shows when people love their jobs and have a passion for what they are doing. The woman behind the bar also new some of the regulars that came by new their names and what they were going order. What a delightful experience and I will be one of those regularsWell done, very well done indeed!!!!

The ambiance had me excited the moment I first walked in the door of this place, especially as a plant and nature lover.I've been taking photos of their drinks for years, and raving about their food on social media, but hadn't left a review yet!I'll be back to add more pictures to this review. The drinks are alchemical masterpieces, garnished with garden treasures like nasturtium or Rosemary, slivers of coconut, glasses rimmed with creative mixes such as chili and strawberry powder (I'd have never thought of it, but it works!)The fried portabello mushrooms and smoked salmon and goat cheese salad are items we order on repeat. They've recently added some new menu items and I was ecstatic to see duck.Let me tell you, they work the same magic with that duck as they do with everything else they make. Flavor combinations one might not have thought of, but work so well you could never go back to the mundane and be satisfied again.Try their Sun Chaser drink.

Met my niece, her father (my brother) just passed away to just touch base. My niece chose the location. So many new places in McMinnville.Friendly, eager, attentive staff, clean environment, local spirits served. The "kids" who work there like working there; are proud to be there.Hors devours could use some improvement, not well prepared, owners need to review menu, gritty, not tasty, left everything (want to impress, but not impressive). An out-of-the-way place, one wouldn’t know unless one was looking, that it exists.Quiet enough to have a sensitive conversation.
Parking: Wasn’t a problem.
