Went in today around 3pm to get a hot fudge sundae. The guy who waited on me had no smile at all & no personality. I asked to see the different sizes of cups & he just stared at me. He should not be working the order area. No customer skills at all! This Dairy Queen is filthy! Tables, chairs, floors & windows need to be cleaned asap. Also many flies. I won't be going back. Not sure how they stay open.

This could be a good place but unfortunately I felt weird when I last visited. Kind of worried me what might happen to my food. There's kids working their that don't seem to take their jobs seriously. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't tolerate kids with attitudes. We came the first way around and we asked to just put in our orders at the window after we asked for it at the speaker but they didn't have the banana split due to no bananas. So we had to stay in line for a second and decide what to order. That was what we wanted specifically so it was hard. We were getting our 11 year old friend a treat after he just had heart surgery. So we pulled forward and they said no we can't order at the window after we asked to do so. We were not happy at all because it made or makes no difference when it would've taken just as long either way and it took us only a minute to get back to the window. No difference than us ordering at the window. also she just had a dull, no smile, kind of whatever look on her face attitude. Plus we still had to wait. Then we came back the 2nd time about 1 hour later and I noticed how off the 3 were when we ordered and they kept acting weird and made me uncomfortable because people are very devious these days. They were all standing around on their phones and 1 person in the background seemed to be doing the work. And they kept looking back at us on their phones. So yes I'd say either hire someone who actually wants to do their job or happier to do it. I hardly ever come here. Maybe 1 time a year or more. I probably won't come back.

Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. We had two cars ahead of us when we ordered a dilly bar and a vanilla cone and it took so so long to get to the front of the line. I’m hoping a manager sees this and deals with the employees. I think they’d enjoy their day a lot more if the actually gave you “fast food”

My family and I usually go through the drive through to get ice cream, but this time we decided to go inside. The inside lobby was so busy that a customer walked out after not being helped. Upon waiting for our order to be taken, we noticed how dirty and unsanitary the food prep area was. We still ordered our ice cream, but we are concerned about the food safety of the products. It would be highly recommended that they get an OHA inspection. Not sure if we’ll be coming back due to the food safety concerns. As of the time of this review, the ice cream was decent. Hopefully we don’t get sick!

My first time back to DQ in about 30 years. If you're craving ice cream, do yourself a favor and just grab a pint of anything at the grocery store. It's not terrible, but it's not good, and for the price of an $8 shake, you can get two pints of premium ice cream at your local grocer.
While the food is crispy and hot, and the staff seems bored but attentive, the dining area and bathrooms in this restaurant are disgusting.
The floors look like they haven't been mopped this century, the bathroom was hot, cramped, and had flies everywhere.
Tables in the dining area were littered with trash, and I don't even know how long these stools have had what I can only describe as grease stains.
Use the drive through if you really need your DQ fix.

I used to work at Dairy Queen for years, so I know when things are made correctly. The past few times we’ve been our blizzards have been disgusting- WAY too many toppings clearly thrown in the bottom of the cup and barely blended. It’s been ice cream for the first 2/3rds of our blizzard and then toppings all clustered in a disgusting lump at the bottom. This place needs to re-train their staff on how to properly make the items being sold. Staff are also incredibly rude, blunt, and never remember our order. I know this job isn’t easy especially with the rushes they get, but it doesn’t condone treating people unkindly or not bothering to blend the blizzard people are paying their hard-earned money for. I’m considering just driving to Sheridan when I’m craving the nostalgia of DQ.
