Delivery estimate was 35-49 minutes when I ordered. An hour and a half after my online order i call to check status, am left on hold for quite a while then when I finally connect, they haven't even started our order, it won't be ready for another hour and a half, and now it's too late to order from anywhere else. Way to ruin the party McMinnville Domino's, just the worst, better pizza at Giraldi's but they're closed now. Lesson learned, avoid the big chains.
Heads up, they don’t let you know when they’re backed up. Waiting for 1hr and 30mins at the location….

I usually have great service with Domino’s, But tonight I was a little bit displeased normally I put a tip on the delivery, but without having my check in my account, my funds were a bit low. When the pizza arrived, I was asked for a tip, I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’m old-school and a tip is earned for great service. I don’t appreciate being forced to tip, especially when the delivery driver has attitude. It’s not like It was delivered 20 minutes away. It was a five minute drive for a five dollar tip. I think I’ll just stick to picking the pizza up instead of being forced to tip after paying a delivery fee already.

The service and delivery is always amazing and fast, the pizza is dominos, it’s good but it’s not the best on the planet.
Usually go tp PaPa Murphys but rather warm day so decided to use Dominos tonight. Ordered on line for pick up curbside. Said would be ready about 4:36. Arrived at 4:33 or so, used the app tapped Im here. Waited over 20 min and had to go inside. Then they had trouble locating my order. It wasnt even luke warm and was dried out. Think we'll stick with PaPas in the future. Used a coupon but still was not worth the coupn price. Very dissappointing.
I think it was May 17th. Picked two pizzas. Hawaain cheapo on toppings. Pepperoni with extra sauce, they forgot extra sauce. Sometimes really good, but not this time. Take out is expensive for us. Can't count on dominos for consistent quality so we are out.

I went in to pick up my order and I heard one of the workers yell and use profanity at a customer over the phone, very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Will definitely NOT go again. Don’t waste your time.
Communicative when they're behind. Nice interactions every time I go in. Pizza is always cooked well and cut properly.
