I moved to Mcminnville in January of 2025. I began frequenting the Dutch Bros 100 yards from my driveway!😁 The morning staff is without a doubt the most kind, caring, friendly, fun staff there is. I recently went to Dutch on highway 99 by goodwill I sadly felt compelled to talk about mistreatment that is going on in there from manager to employees. I’ve witnessed the toxic workplace she creates
