I've been to several Dutch Bros location from here to Grand Junction Colorado, and this is by far the best one I have been to. The crew are all very friendly, and I really appreciate their diligence. I can't overstate just how good this location and crew really are.

11/28/25 Walked here, which was good, long lines of cars. People were ordering 5 drinks at a time, guess it was to max out on ornaments. First time at this location, getting my usual carburator and received a free cup ornament when I received my drink. I did forget to scan for points. Good service despite the rush.

I moved to Mcminnville in January of 2025. I began frequenting the Dutch Bros 100 yards from my driveway!😁 The morning staff is without a doubt the most kind, caring, friendly, fun staff there is. I began to have a bunch of health issues and couldn't visit for a couple months. The warm welcome back was just what I needed. Your staff has laughed with me, listened to my troubles, comforted me after learning of the loss of my 15 yo granddaughter, and celebrated with me as if they were my family! Bravo! You've hired some of the best Broistas on the planet! I am blessed just to know them! This staff needs to be protected at all costs! The world is a better place because they are in it. You guys are truly AMAZING! Always and always, I will have a special place in my heart for every one of you🦋💜🦋💜🦋💜🦋💜🦋 Love, Gigi😍

Dutch Bros employees are known for their energy, positivity, and customer service. Angel at this location takes these values to another level. This morning he was taking walk up orders, jogging over to take drive up orders. Literally jogging back and forth. He was friendly and personable. What a wonderful employee!
There is a guy always messing up my order. Other than that the drinks and food is amazing

Took 30minutes to get spoken too and another 45 minutes for 3 hot chocolates. Not to mention they did not go in order of people there before others .

Walked up to window took over 6 minutes before greeted. Then as the girl took our order she was too interested at what cars were doing. Once I got her back on track for my orders it took a few minutes for her to run my car due to their tablet being messed up somehow. Then it took another 10 minutes before I even got my first drink out of two. Then unfortunately the drink I ordered for someone else that is lactose intolerant when I asked for oat milk and they gave regular milk! Worst coffee experience in my life and I've been to many coffee shops throughout the U.S. and other countries. Such a shame for a small town and the Dutch bros company.
