i came by earlier and ordered one drink. we got there at 7 and waited in the same spot in the line for 15 minutes. the workers were just chatting with a car for the majority of the time, a car even left the line after a bit. the line didn’t start moving until a car behind us honked. after they left the three cars in front of us got there drinks immediately as they got to the window. definitely not a good experience

I come to this Dutch every day and today may be my last. The attendant, Miguel, attitude was just sour and negative, this isn't the first time I've encountered it but I wanted to give him several chances as maybe it was an off day but it doesn't appear to be the case. The drive up line is awful as well. Customers constantly cut people off, say they were there first when they weren't, and overall just act like elementary school children lining up for recess. The majority of the staff are wonderful, kind, and I enjoy seeing them everyday and my tip usually reflects that. I hope to see the drive up line change but if not, it isn't worth the frustration of continuing to come to this location.
