I love dutch bros but this location is always messing up the seasonal drinks. I don't even alter the drinks, not sure why it's so hard for this specific location to get things right, but it's weird to spend so much money only to have drinks remade and then still be wrong. 🤷🏻♂️

I hadn’t been to Dutch in a long time (decided to treat myself) and after waiting in line today at noon for 15 minutes (after placing my order for a large nonfat latte) I get up to the window and am told ALL their nonfat milk is expired. They hadn’t sold any NF milk until 12:18 PM until then? I was told it was not popular. I think their manager missed it big time here.
I said I would take 2% but I wanted a free drink. The girl at the window was rude and said she would just refund the money and never even said sorry for the mistake. I was flabbergasted.
I guess I will just keep skipping this brand of coffee and go with places that actually seem to care about their customers.
i came by earlier and ordered one drink. we got there at 7 and waited in the same spot in the line for 15 minutes. the workers were just chatting with a car for the majority of the time, a car even left the line after a bit. the line didn’t start moving until a car behind us honked. after they left the three cars in front of us got there drinks immediately as they got to the window. definitely not a good experience
