Since they changed managers from the young lady who has worked for Dutch this place has gone down Hill! Customer service ( if you can call it that) lacks in a ways. They make you feel like you’re a bother especially when the new manger Adien or however you spell his name came on board. The staff is not warm or friendly, makes One feel as if you have inconvenienced them. I would say this is the worst location in Mcminnville. The others have followed suite but not quite like this one. Maybe it is an upper management problem. Fix the problems!

Dutch bros has never done me wrong. Coffee is always good no matter what I get and the freezes are great too. Been kind of addicted to the sour shots... I'm a sour kinda guy so they knew just how to reel me in. Would highly recommend the golden eagle or the blue raspberry with two sour shots.

I love dutch bros but this location is always messing up the seasonal drinks. I don't even alter the drinks, not sure why it's so hard for this specific location to get things right, but it's weird to spend so much money only to have drinks remade and then still be wrong. 🤷🏻♂️

At 10:00 pm with miles to go before I sleep, this is a good place for a pick-me-up for the drive. The staff there were quite pleasant.

I hadn’t been to Dutch in a long time (decided to treat myself) and after waiting in line today at noon for 15 minutes (after placing my order for a large nonfat latte) I get up to the window and am told ALL their nonfat milk is expired. They hadn’t sold any NF milk until 12:18 PM until then? I was told it was not popular. I think their manager missed it big time here.
I said I would take 2% but I wanted a free drink. The girl at the window was rude and said she would just refund the money and never even said sorry for the mistake. I was flabbergasted.
I guess I will just keep skipping this brand of coffee and go with places that actually seem to care about their customers.
i came by earlier and ordered one drink. we got there at 7 and waited in the same spot in the line for 15 minutes. the workers were just chatting with a car for the majority of the time, a car even left the line after a bit. the line didn’t start moving until a car behind us honked. after they left the three cars in front of us got there drinks immediately as they got to the window. definitely not a good experience
