A Hidden Gem in Eugene – Perfect for a Little “Me Time”
Imagine this: you're in Eugene, Oregon, for a Ducks game weekend. Your husband is off cheering with the kids, and suddenly, you find yourself with that rare, golden sliver of time called me time. What do you do? You head straight to Elizabeth Chambers Cellar—and wow, what a treat.
From the moment I walked in, I was wrapped in a cozy, chic ambiance that felt both welcoming and refined. The food? Absolutely delightful. I had the citrus salad, and somewhere between the first bite and the last, it transformed from a simple dish into a full-on experience—especially after I asked for a wine pairing. That’s when the magic happened.
Their sommelier is not just knowledgeable—she is passionate, intuitive, and made me feel like I’d hit the jackpot. The pairing elevated everything, turning my solo lunch into something memorable and indulgent.
Thank you, Elizabeth Chambers, for making my quiet afternoon feel like a celebration. I’ll definitely be back—whether it’s for another game weekend or just to steal another moment for myself.

Very good food. The servers were nice but very slow. We asked for extra bread and it took over 20 minutes and ordered cheesecake for dessert and took over 15 minutes to be served.

First time trying Elizabeth Chambers Cellar and my husband and I were not disappointed! Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing food! We both agreed that ECC is our new favorite restaurant and we plan on taking our family who will be visiting Eugene next week. Besides the fact that the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, the food was OUTSTANDING! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. We started with the jalapeño artichoke dip (highly recommend), my husband had the strip loin steak and it was amazing! Cooked perfectly (thanks to chef Nick) and incredibly tasty. I tried the mushroom linguine which was also excellent. We were also pleased to share a crème brûlée, which isn’t my typical dessert but I have been craving since we left. It was so good. Next time I will order my own! Looking forward to trying more entrees next week and hope we have the same amazing experience and chef that we did this time!

Wine tastings, cheese platter and flatbread were delicious! I will be dreaming about the creme brulee I had for dessert, so so good. Worth the visit and already can't wait to come back!

Our family recently had a celebration at Elizabeth Chambers Cellar. We had reserved their private room and it was perfect. When we arrived it was set up with a delicious salad and charcuterie plate. They served awesome pizza. Of course the wine was fantastic. The whole event was very well done. If you need a place for a small gathering (15 people) this is it. Thank you to all the staff.

We had an amazing tasting on Jan 2 at Elizabeth Chambers Cellar! The 2018 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir was a standout favorite and one we will share with our "I don't like Pinot Noir " friends, I think we get converts who don't know how good Oregon wines can be! we will be back for more-
