Why did the Celiac fly 6.5 hours? To get to the other side of the Country to Evasion Brewing. This will be our second visit with the welcoming owners of Evasion Brewing. It's worth the time flying. Last time we were treated to all the flavors that Evasion offered. We even stashed some in our carry-on to bring back to the East Coast. Looking forward to our upcoming visit and to wetting our whistles with the finely crafted brews that are offered. Even if you're not Gluten-Free. You will enjoy your time well spent with Evasion and tasting all their products.

Update June 2025: There's an amazing food truck that is a welcome addition to this gem of a brewery. It's called Mi Cocinita Taqueria, and their food is fantastic!

Amazing GF beer!!! The owners are so sweet and welcoming. The MAC location is kinda hidden back there, but definitely worth the stop. The beers are always changing with the seasons and they have so many complex flavors, something for everyone. Love it and highly recommend GF or not.

I just love Evasion Beer. it is hard to get in Eastern Oregon. I can get Hophoria year around but any other variety is hit and miss! Great Beer!

This is the absolute best gluten free beer!! And I mean all they offer is of the best quality and taste. Wonderful options starting light with a Pilsner and many IPA options that far exceed their competitors. The tasting room in Portland is a crisp clean reflection of the new owners and their commitment to making this brand their own. I highly recommend stopping in for a taste of perfection!!

Great beer! I honestly couldn’t tell that it is gluten free - it’s just great beer. Period. Love the IPAs in particular but the Casual Deliciousness is outstanding.
