Every time I come into Firehouse Subs, I receive the most friendliest service from Hannah and Kyle. Everyone greets me, but those two always remember my order by heart. That tells me they truly care about their customers. They always have a smile on their faces, and makes my experience great every time. I highly recommend the Firehouse Subs on 540 NE Highway 99W Street in McMinnville, Oregon.

The thanksgiving sub is back baby!!!!!! I came in to order it; Aaron took my super complimented order and he did not seem to complain at all about it, great service! Mathew then steamed my food and he did a great job maintaining great customer service and my sandwhich was not soggy at all. Great service from these employees. They deserve a raise!

I have been to this location a few times. I think a 4.3 average rating is perfectly fair (and wish that Google allowed .5/half-star ratings on their scale).

First thing first, there is no reasonable way to compare this place to Subway (see my comment at the end). Subway is a ‘because it’s open’ sorta’ place and perfectly fine if you have no other options. I think this chain aims squarely for the JJ and JM crowd and competes well enough against JJ (and...
