This food was absolutely incredible AGAIN! Truly one of the few restaurants that compares to homemade pasta in italy. We were impressed with not only the beautiful appetizers but also the main course. Could not recommend this place more!

Absolutely fantastic food and the service was phenomenal. Very lgbtq+ friendly as well. Probably best food I've had in Oregon.

We arrived at 5:10 ask I’d they had a table , the restaurant was EMPTY
The hostess said they had available table at 7:00
We left & had dinner at Pizza Coppo
Walked to our car & there was no one sitting out side & very few guests in the restaurant at 7pm
The hostess originally said it was graduation !! Which seemed strange as well
Very confused obviously the chairs outside were still vacant .. we could have dined outside ??
Very poor service
Very tasty! The cavatelli was amazing, as well as the albacore confit. Tasty drinks and good selection of wine and liquor.

Absolutely, beautiful restaurant, friendly staff, unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with the food and drinks. One of our cocktails was extremely bitter (maybe should’ve sent it back actually, but that didn’t occur to us at the time). The charcuterie plate was very nice, unfortunately the halibut was just the fish with not much on the side so it was not very much food really, but was $47. Wish we had known that it was the kind of place where you needed to get a lot of sides, but that is surprising for that price.
After this meal, we went to the dive bar down the street and got a burger and tots because we were still hungry. Maybe we should’ve eaten more earlier in the day, or again understood more about this portions! By the time we got done with our halibut, we were sort of done with this lovely formal place and ready for something else.

Ordered top sirloin with leeks (about 6 oz.of steak), some sliced vegetables and 4 pieces of bread and a Martini, $110 before tip. Service was slow. Saw two couples seated then walkout after waiting for service. Need to step up your game guys!

Had dinner at Humble Spirit and it was outstanding! I had the cabbage salad and fried chicken..which was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent. One of the best ( if not the best) restaurants in the Willamette Valley area. I’m sure their new Pub which is opening soon will be amazing as well!
Humble Spirit is an absolute gem in the heart of Willamette Valley. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality from the incredible staff, who made us feel right at home.
The farm-to-table experience here is truly something special. Every dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients straight from the sustainable farm at The Ground, and you can taste the quality and care in every bite. The flavors are vibrant, thoughtful, and beautifully balanced, celebrating the best of what the land has to offer.
The ambiance perfectly complements the food—rustic yet refined, with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay all evening. It’s clear that everyone here is passionate about their craft, from the kitchen to the front of the house.
The wine list showcases some of the best the region has to offer. To end the night I had an incredible Italian desert wine that they paired with the crumble and it was perfection. Shout out to O’Malley for the recommendation.
We left not only satisfied but genuinely moved by the dedication and vision behind this place. Can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again!

So good, had to come back twice! The service is impeccable- staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Sunday chicken dinner is amazing, as is the Saturday brunch. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the salty and sweet balance was perfect. The squash hazelnut dish is incredible. This is cooking and hospitality at its best!

When I say the albacore confit from Humble Spirit is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life, I mean it is the most delectable symphony of texture, flavor and mouthwatering magic my tongue has had the pleasure of tasting. Service, vibes, food 10/10, no notes.
