I order their tacos quite often. The McMinnville spot is declining! Last night I drove thru picked up 4 tacos. Two of them were literally 1/2 tacos! I suppose broken. Why would they cook and serve them!! I feel like the staff just doesn't care! Their tacos now are greasy & thrown together. My fries were cold. Maybe I'm just used to Jacks in Bend where the food is always hot and we'll presented. I would suggest skipping this fast food place. There are plenty others!

Ordered carry out waited till app said order was completed to go in waited 15minutes to get my food in a 95 degree lobby not a single person acknowledge me served half a dozen drive thru orders my food sat unbagged on a warmer then finally my food was put in a bag tacos were soggy and stuck to wrapper and fries were cold already worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been in

Best tacos of any Jack, super kind, hardw, and personable staff, and seriously... best tacos of any Jack in the Box around.
I crossed my fingers as I headed over for the first time in like 2 years! I thought it would never be back! I always get the Chicken Tater Melt Combo. Everything was piping hot and cooked perfectly. The dude at the window was kind, prompt, and professional. From the complaints I've read about pricing; Im not sure if the other menu items are much more expensive, but my favorite went from $9 to $12, and honestly...thats reasonable inflation compared to the other bs in this summer of 2025. (Arnold voice) I'll be back!

Looks like they really lack enough employees. This is a billion dollar company, so why can't they pay a few more dollars an hour to get and keep enough employees to serve their lunchtime customers?
