Ordered food at 7pm in the evening the other night for my family, everything went fine until I got to the window, not only did I wait forever, and I was the first car in line, there was no one inside. I got my order and asked for 3 specific sauces and they gave me around 10 sauces of ones I did not ask for and they had forgotten my egg roll. Our food was cold and I was nit impressed with any of the food. I have never had an issued til not. How hard is it to make sure u give your customers what they ask for? We don't come here very often and we don't live close. Why are we forgetting to put food in the bag. Not only that but they put cheese on my kids hamberger when we specifically asked for no cheese cus he has an allergy. So he couldn't even eat it! I am super disappointed and will not be going back.

Came by this morning to get some food for my kid and I and was happy to see such a kind lady attending us. This Jack in the Box has terrible reviews, so I was a bit afraid of getting the manager. Instead, I got Lucy who was very sweet and made sure everything in the meal was correct. The food was fresh and hopefully the next time I stop by, it'll be same service!

If you want to get your order taken and received by employee(s) who seem high or are not fully there then come here. Orders are not usually wrong but the customer service, interactions at the speaker and windows get really weird when the gal giving your food looks like she's on another planet. The plus side is that they finally have enough staff to be open, guess they had to hire stoned Stacy to help. I wouldn't care if someone is high at work as long as you get your job done and don't make it awkward lol.

Do not come here if you want to be treated horrible for the employees not putting all of your food in, especially if your speaking Spanish and the customer can hear you and understands you talking smack about them, my mistake for coming here in the first place but to treat a customer horrible for you not putting in all of there food shame on you. Train your employees better.

Regular experience at this location. You will pull up to the drive thru and not be helped. Three cars in front of me. Helped all of them and then went on apparently a 15 minute break. Pull around and walk inside and place is empty. Odd. They were just severing cars. This was at 1pm. Lunch time when you have a window of time. Avoid this place like the plague if you are going here because it is āfastā food. You could walk Safeway and make it yourself faster. -10 stars. Place is falling apart at this point. And donāt both trying to contact Jack in the Box either. Same deal when you try to complain about it. Ignore whatever responses you see to their reviews. Holds no merit. Spend less time responding and more time running your business.

We had our first experience at Jack-in-the-Box yesterday, and although the burgers were good, the service was not. Most of the time, the lady responsible for cooking the burgers was out in the dining room, speaking to her friends while customers were waiting at the counter. She was then joined by the cashier who also spent a lot of time speaking to the diners. Waiting customers were ignored. We were lucky to have received our food. But still, it hurt to watch the others having to wait for the ladies to finish speaking with their friends.

I just went through the drive through for a late night family treat after work. I ordered 12 tacos and 2 chicken sandwiches. I got home to find that I only received 6 tacos

I ordered two fiery chicken wraps and a medium sized fry in the drive thru. I had to go back through because instead of what I ordered, they gave me 1 chicken sandwich and no fries. When I went back to get my order fixed, they were friendly and quick about fixing it but only gave me plain chicken wraps instead of the fiery ones that I ordered even after I clarified what I ordered.

I ordered off of doordash it took about 35 minutes for my food to get to me. The fry's were a little cold but they were still amazing! Best fry's I've ever had and for that I give it 5 stars

The worst manager ever! Very RUDE! I asked for lite lettuce, they didn't put any at all. I asked for taco sauce, she told me "we don't have any" I told her yes you do then she gives me a hand full. I went into the store asking to speak to her manager and she ignored me. I asked for her name and she wouldn't tell me.

Terrible food the curly fries tasted like pickles
I highly recommend the jalapeƱo poppers, get the large or you'll regret it. (I did, 3 was not enough!!)
