Used to really like this place until tonight. Went in a bit late waiting for a group of friends and we were treated fairly poorly compared to usual and felt extremely unwelcome. Likely won't be coming back anytime soon.
Awesome bar!
Bartender Ayleen is rude. Ruined my vibe and my friend and I had a much better time going to blue moon lounge instead!
Walked in with a group of six to go order drinks and were told to leave for absolutely no reason. When I asked for a reason, the rude lady said she didn't have to give a reason and pointed at the sign saying they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We were then rudely shooed to the doors and repeatedly told to just leave. It made absolutely no sense to us.
I’ve been coming here for a while and always tip well, but after what I saw the other night, I won’t be back. One of the customers—who honestly wasn’t doing anything wrong—got kicked out by the owner for no clear reason. He was calm, drinking water, tipping generously, and just playing poker. I was sitting nearby and saw the whole thing. It was uncomfortable to watch, and the way it was handled really rubbed me the wrong way. Places like this should treat their regulars and respectful customers better. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
I was there the same night as the person in the other review and saw the whole thing. He was calm, respectful, drinking water, tipping well, and just playing video poker. The female owner came over and kicked him out out of nowhere—he wasn’t being loud or causing any issues. Honestly, it felt like an overreaction. I ended up leaving shortly after because the energy just felt off. Went to Blue Moon instead—way better atmosphere and staff.
Really disappointing experience. I came in, tipped well, spent money on video poker, and made sure I was being responsible—five cups of water and I was kicked out when I asked for a shot before leaving. I was calm, respectful, and still got kicked out by the owner while I was trying to talk to the bartender who actually understood the situation. It felt like a serious overreaction. I left and went to Blue Moon instead, where I was treated with basic respect and professionalism. Won’t be coming back. I even tipped 100 percent and got shit service and kicked out. I offered my keys multiple times and they said they don’t take keys. I could have driven home messed up but I had 5 waters and they wouldn’t serve me.
Dry off the beaten path here. It’s a great space to take a group. Pool tables were kept up, the poker machines were noise so I put tons of cash in the jukebox to drowned it out. My tequila was over priced. Shots in California on the board walk were the same price. Won’t be going back.
I've had 2 experiences here. at night with an amazing bartender named Eileen, and in the morning with some asian gal. great potential but the morning barmaid ruined my time here. come at night time or you wont like what you have to deal with for service.
The place was perfect for a game of pool and great drinks.

They owner lady is super rude. If you smoke weed they will not serve you, even though they sell weed on every corner in Oregon. Awesome place I have to say. And good cocktails. Service and staff a big negative.

Service is extremely rude. Went there to meet a date and shall not be returning. I can handle a little rudeness, but she was even more horrible to my date who's a sweet guy. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Very rude female owner . She never asked if we wanted more drinks or if our food was okay . We were looking for a place to gather with friends every week for food and drinks and pool but that won’t be happening . 2 hours and she didn’t come to the table to ask if we wanted more drinks or if the food was okay .

Darcy is an angel, Darcy is the best & I would die for her but the other bartender is so unbelievably rude it actually blows my mind. She has told me and my fully sober friends that they “can’t have any drinks” for unknown reasons, insulted people in our groups, and plenty of other really bafflingly unpleasant things. We are not the type to get shitfaced and misbehave we usually just order a couple drinks & play pool, but she denied my friend a beer after he’d had ONE & told my other friend she couldn’t have a Long Island iced tea (her first drink) because it was “too much work” like what?? We were there another time on a Tuesday night & it was about 9pm & she stood a few yards away with her hand on her hip and stared us down, not saying or doing anything, just glaring at us for a solid 5 min. Eventually we got up and left because it was so uncomfortable. She is so passive aggressive and unnecessarily mean to people for no reason and it’s bizarre. I think it’s good for bartenders to have a spine & stand up for themselves especially with a bunch of drunk people around them all the time, but she takes it WAY too far and I’m amazed she still gets business.
