I ordered lunch to be delivered and waited over and hour an a half for my order which never arrived. I called and was told their 3rd party delivery service was not working. Things happen and I understand. However, since 3rd party delivery I have waited a long time for delivery and warm sandwiches are cold. So much for Freaky Fast delivery. The gal who answered the phone was nice and did reimbursement me but ,no one called to let me know I was not getting my lunch. Poor service and no communication.

Returned to Jimmy Johns to try another experience. The sandwich was good..a toasted flavor. However, was owed a bag of chips on my rewards that was not given to me with the last sandwich ordered a ling while ago. Today I asked for those chips and was told that I had no rewards and the last visit rewards could not be retrieved! Shame on Jimmy Johns..the customer is NEVER right in their eyes and poor Jimmy Johns as they appear not to be able to afford parting with a bag of chips owed to a customer! What a colossal SHAM!

My husband orders here once a week .We'll tonight forgot one sandwich..Am a very soft spoken person. The girl answered the phone 530 tonight you are so rude and you don't treat customers like that .I didn't yell or cus just ask for my sandwisand.she hung up on me and. was like "said we bring you your sandwich "". you are rude treat a paying customer like that.

Thank you Jimmy John’s! My sons sandwich came with an ingredient he is allergic to, I swore I checked it off to NOT come on his sandwich . I called the store to ask for one with that ingredient . Come to find out , I had not checked if off , so they made the sandwich as the order read. However, the amazing gal who I spoke with informed me of the situation and still had a re-make sandwich to us !! To whomever you are, your customer service is incredible ! 8/4/24 ?
Not 5 Stars! I love Jimmy Johns NEVER had any issues until today! I placed an order for delivery left a 22% tip of $10! One of my sandwiches was missing from the order I called to let them know, I was super respectful not even mad. I reminded the person on the phone that it was a “#9 with no onions please”! It took 40min to finally get and was covered in onions, the receipt was taped to the bag a literally said “no onions” I called to let them know and they said, “they didn’t know it said no onions” I said the receipt was taped to the bag, “they said well I’m not the one who made it” I hung up lol such bad customer service! The lettuce looks all brown too!

We ordered at the drive through and paid and everyone inside disappeared. So much for fast service. We sat there for 5 minutes before they even started our food. The lady that took our order could have not answered in a more annoyed voice.

I had a sandwich delivered and put in the instructions not to knock because my dog has a torn ACL, he gets jumpy. My food was delivered quick with no knock and a treat for him was stapled to the bag. Thank you Jimmy John's that absolutely made my day.

Quick and consistent. Always satisfied. We need a Newberg location. My son and I can easily share the $18 sub. So the value is in line with our budget and doesn't drag us down like fast food at a higher cost.
