With the exception of the young lady who took my order and helped me with a refill and to the door, there was a vary rude young boy just got there?; I asked him for a box because I had 4picins of chicken to take home to my 94 year old Dad, and myself being disabled, didn't appreciate this employee slamming the box and big bag on the counter giving me the brush off like i upset his plans?;, guest should come 1st at all cost! , young lady saw to that and was vary polite in helping me, and I thank her !, sorry if he had issue's outside of work but whenever you put that hat and uniform on, the problems stay out the door, as a stroke victim i need handles to carry the bag, I only have one working hand,, slamming that box and bag down and flipping those hands at me to just go away was beyond going out of the way rude, I've worked for KFC before and if I called the corrupt office, I know how they'd address this issue towards the disabled, embarrassing to KFC and the locally run operation

The food was great- KFC standard! But the people were awful. I ordered online and got the meal for two 5pc chicken and two fries with 5 ranch, 2 kfc sauce, and two comeback sauces. When I picked it they missed the fried, and when I asked to have the fries I paid for, they were visibly upset and skimped out on my fries. There was also no ice in my drinks, and no straws. When I got home and opened the order after the fries, it became obvious the sauces weren’t right. They only gave me two ranch, two bbq, 2 buffalo ranch, one honey mustard, and one kfc sauce. That mean that out of 9 sauces, they only got three right. I am very disappointed.

The only reason this got a 2 star on service was the nice young lady who took our order before her break, she was very helpful and efficient.
We waited for our order, no one said anything when it was ready and it just sitting there when I got up to check. The gentleman behind counter had no idea who's order it was at first and then when I moved it from the counter oil was dripping out of the box on counter and on floor.
Same gentleman said they had no no plastic bags when I asked and promptly turned tail and hid in the back not offering any help like maybe a paper bag ( I saw they had some) or to change the container or leaven clean the mess.
I asked for the manager and the kid I asked said it was the same gentleman that ran and would not provide a name.
I called and got an apology from the hiding gentleman that they didn't have plastic bags but didn't ask if he could help.
In hind sight I should have asked for refund and not taken the leaking package as I am now sick to my stomach.
McMinnville KFC management on August 16th, 2025 response to a customer complaint and over all manner left much to be desired.
We left the restaurant at 7:10 pm and at 9:45 pm I'm in and out the bathroom. Will be warning all friends and family away from this location.

I pulled in at 12:15. Went inside to order. No one was at the counter for a few minutes. When someone did appear i tried to order a 3 piece combo for my wife. They were out of dark meat. Said it would be 15-20 minute wait. So I bailed. Not willing to wait 20 minutes while you fry up another batch. You'd think at noon they'd have all items ready to go. Not at the McMinnville KFC. Not today.

I clearly would go to McMinnville before ever even considering going into Sherwood. I went into Sherwood and waited 14 minutes at the counter only to not be even acknowledged I left and went to McMinnville and let me tell you they are awesome. The food was fresh and hot and the coleslaw was cool and awesome the best there is. They have excellent customer service they're fast efficient in a very clean restaurant will only go to McMinnville and never back to Sherwood. In fact I bypassed Sherwood a drive right by it and go to McMinnville when I'm in the right area to go and get it to begin with. I live at the Oregon coast where we have no Kentucky fried Chicken for 50 me so when I do get it I'm very appreciative however I will never stop at Sherwood again and only and only go to a clean KFC and they had lots to be desired McMinnville they are far superior to the one in Sherwood all of it was excellent and the service was excellent keep it up guys you're the bomb

I went through the drive through ..had a couple of questions regarding the 2 piece chicken..the guy would not let me finish my question.. wth.. finally after the 5th interruption..I just said ok ..you keep interrupting me and you are not letting me finish my sentence..hence you can't answer my question.. I said after that we are done here..and I left ..it seems very difficult for young people to be professional and just listen to the customer. I rarely go through fast food restaurants ..because you have people working and paid and can't even do their job.

I've been to plenty of fast food joints in my life and I can confidently say this is the best. The overall experience of this place tops all of the other competitors. The staff is incredible, they are extremely attentive and kind. I've never once had a bad experience coming to this KFC. Their service is unmatched. I never have to wait to have my order taken, in fact I can usually see a staff member at the register before I've even walked in. My food is always made with accuracy and it is always made fast. This place is truly welcoming to their customers. You can really tell they care about the customer experience.
