I’m a local here and go to KFC often as their service is super fast. Today they messed up my order so I went back and as soon as I got there they handed me my “correct” order, assuming it was my right order I left. As soon as I got home and checked I realized that they again gave me the wrong order but also realized that they added a good amount of food for the mess up so I can’t complain. I wish I would have received what I order but I was not going back for a second time. Thank you for your outstanding service.
Rude people, young lady treated me like a Moron and embarrassed me in front of other customers! They did not get an online order and instead of helping Just told me to go to the back of the line. Again a fast food restaurant that hires incapable and rude people , what ever happened to customer service

Of course we all like the chicken. No greeting when I got there and I stood around for about 10 minutes before they took my order. They were super busy and they gave me a couple extra pieces of chicken. I was happy when I left

this is was around 7 years ago. i still think about it. i got a dr pepper and mac and cheese and 2 chicken littles. when i got my food i unwrapped my chicken little and i was gonna take a bite however i realized how stale the bread felt. i looked at it and there was an expiration date on the bottom of the bun. it said it was 10 years expired. how do they just hand me a 10 year expired sandwich. i was so grossed out that i didn’t eat the rest of my food. i didn’t eat kfc for around 4 months even tho i loved it. but eventually i ate it again and avoided ordering chicken sandwiches from there and now i love kfc again i don’t eat it very often but when i do it’s amazing.

OMG, the salt. So much salt on the fries they were inedible. That said, they did have some chicken available near closing time, which isn't always the case at this chain. Chicken sandwiches they met expectations. But did I mention the salt!?
Drive through employee was great, he greeted me, and was unexpectedly polite. For his attitude I will use this company's food again.

I ordered the Mac and cheese bowl. It was $8.49. When I got it, there was one scoop of Mac & cheese and 5 pieces of cubed chicken. What a rip off. Mac and cheese is probably one of the cheapest things that a restaurant could have on their menu. KFC must be making a killing ripping off their customers. Never again.
