Here's a recipe for the "Diane's Delight" crepe that will save you the $12 plus tip you'd pay at Local Flow: some unripe avocado, a few leaves of spinach and tiny pieces of cucumber and pepper, 2 each olives and cherry tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. I don't have a recipe for the ice cold, gloppy "crepe" it came in, but your experience will in no way be lessened by its absence. The listed hummus was absent on mine, but you could add some to yours. Salt and pepper might not be a bad idea either. That would greatly improve on what I received at Local Flow today, which was the worst crepe in the history of all bad crepes ever. Service matched the food: cold, bland and unsatisfying.

love local flow!! their staff are always accommodating, and i love the super customizable menu, great option for big groups with lots of different tastes! the new owner has really brightened the place up over the last year, their art wall is amazing!

The people working there need some basic training on customer service. We didnât even get a âhiâ when we came in. Even after paying $40 for a crepe and smoothie we were handed our food and said âthank youâ and nothing back. Over priced and bad customer service. We wonât be going back.

We had the Thai bowl (vegan) and the Third Street bowl (non-vegan). The staff was unable to answer questions about what was vegan on the menu.
When we received the food and went to the utensil station, there were no forks. When we asked for forks we were told, "yeah, we'd have to wash some, just use plastic."
The food was fine, but for the price, I'd rather go somewhere with pleasant staff
