The fries were undercooked and soggy. The cheeseburger and quarter pounder were lacking flavor. Very different than any other McDonald's we have been to. We did not have time to take it back.

I just want to know if all condiments that come with the chicken nuggets are out at all stores or is it just certain ones. 3 different McDonald’s asked for bbq sauce 3-5 different times and I have so far never received it? Different employees every time so is there a major shortage?

I'm very impressed with this mcdonald's greeting at door blew me away that impressed me there place looked and smell clean they talk with the customer sat outside waiting on meal they bought it to us very very friendly never experienced a mcdonald's like this one told the server they were 👍 the only thing they can turn the air conditioner down it was freezing lol!

They always mess up my order and they have a lot of teenagers working here with no work ethic, super rude and so unprofessional that they are. They don’t care to go out of their way to make things better when they mess up your order.

I GOT MOLDY BREAD. Please be cautious and check your food before eating it. The worse was how they acted. No care in the world that they gave a customer moldy food. I went back to the store and they were not apologetic whatsoever. Instead of giving me a whole refund for my order which was only two McCrispy sandwiches they only cared to give me a refund for THE ONE SANDWICH THAT HAD MOLD. The least they could have done was given me a WHOLE refund!! THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME MOLDY FOOD!
I went last week to this location and I had a really picky order but this boy Fabian was really helpful, patient and kind.

Black guy gave me my receipt aggressively and kept me waiting a good 2 minutes before saying anything on the speaker my cone was sloppy and my mcdouble came out plain this place charges to much to provide slow food and poor service ray croc would be rolling in his grave.

This McDonald's seriously sucks. They screw my order up every time I'm in, and it takes longer than any other drive-thru in town. Good luck getting your order fixed when the dining room is closed at night, unless you want to sit through another half hour of wait time. Not to mention the fries are often cold and they're constantly running out of things. Poor management.
