I was waiting for my car to be worked on at Lums Service Center. Next door is Organic Valley Creamery. I took my small, toy poodle for a walk and went on some grass next to the street in front of the creamery. A man came out and said this is private property and it produces food, so no animals are allowed on the property. He was extremely rude and stood there until I left. I felt very threatened. There were no signs saying private property.
If this is how this company treats the public, I want nothing to do with it. I love organic milk, but I will never buy pruducts with your name on it.
Love their products. But this is a factory and nowhere for a Visitor Center

There needs to be a different color cap on your organic milk. Using the same blue color cap on the organic 2 percent milk is misleading people to buy organic milk when they did not intend to.

I used to buy drugs from the plant manager
Was a horrible facility, untrained management, and mold all over the old unmaintained building. They probably burnt it down on purpose because they knew that the ammonia had been leaking for years prior. They knew the HVAC wasn't working properly and ammonia leaks happened constantly when my husband worked there. The product created at this facility is not of good quality in my opinion. They also do not put accurate information on their labels they lie. It's funny too because I noticed the most recent five star that was given to this company a month ago is from somebody who was one of the highest upper management employees claiming that this company has a great mission. The one and only HR who came from Wisconsin, who worked for the company for a long time prior. Also she hasn't worked there in years so take that as it may be. It's weird because right after George step down around the time he was discussing it she actually left organic valley so huh interesting. It may have had a good mission in 1988 when George started the co-op but as with everything time changes things. New leadership George stepping down the company getting a new CEO also took on a new mission of its own which was no longer in line with the previous mission which I would agree was initially for a good purpose. It is no longer the same company it is no longer the same mission they tried to keep the name to fool people it's marketing and lies. If I could give zero out of 5 I would let's just put it that way.

Minimal viable product that can be put on the shelf and that can still be called organic food. Tasteless, poorly made, and generally low quality.
The loading dock area is tight should have posted signs so you know which entrance to come into so you don't have to take such a tight turn around to get into dock. Other then that good place lots of places to eat overnight parking and even tho I was late they stayed behind to load me up.

Used to be FCC. organic valley bought them out. You can park your truck on the south side lot overnight, they have a scale. they open up at 8
Hopefully they have repaired all the problems from the previous management, oops they are still there, they could not make eatable product before that would pass the required test wow same people running it I wouldn't put much faith in the fact they could do it right now.
