We ordered a family meal for carry out on New Year's Eve, and the food we received was absolutely disgusting. It was just before 7 PM when we picked up our order and the food we received was DRY and old. Probably the left overs from the dinner rush. It basically ruined our dinner and was so disappointing. The staff should never have sent that food out. The honey walnut shrimp was literally dry because the sauce had soaked into the breading under the heat lamp. I've never seen anything like it.
Update: I contacted corporate to file a formal complaint and after quite some time received a satisfying resolution. My meal was fully refunded. I appreciate that Panda's corporate office made this right.

A go to for me. Love this place. Unfortunately, the last 2 Fridays that I went, there is a pile of boxes waiting for teriyaki chicken and a usual 10 min wait. One of the best items , but never enough to get you out of there quickly. At least on Friday evening. I always thought they should have a separate line for call in orders and a separate line for walk in customers. Call in orders were taking up the majority of the line while the line at the door kept growing. If the place next door ever goes up for sale, you should buy it and expand . But thank you for always having excellent positive staff and food.

Got my order wrong. Tried calling no answer. Food is only ok. I can’t cook for myself right now. I think they should have just answered the phone. Be careful with your take out. Check it before you leave. How hard is it to read an order?
