Came in at lunch, chicken was burned & dry.
Cashier thought the server gave me a double helping and tried to charge more. I corrected her, she acted annoyed! Won’t eat there again.

Long wait times. They prioritize online or mobile orders. We waited in line for well over 20 minutes before being addressed. They need a better system for managing their orders

Online ordered at 6:04pm, wasn’t ready until I got the text at 6:50. App said about 6:30 is when it would be ready. Usually they’re quicker than that so we got there at 6:25. We had to ask them a few times about our order, multiple groups of people who walked in got their order before us. My husband literally asked “should we just get in line and order?” It literally should have not taken that long. When I have walked in and ordered in the past, they were on top of mobile orders. Tonight, they were not. I also asked for extra teriyaki sauce and only got one small sauce packet. I thought there would be some with the chicken but it was plain and dry when I got home and opened it up. Food wasn’t the warmest either. Overall, this was the worst experience we’ve had at Panda Express.

7/9/24. 1st of all I came in at 8:45 Open tell 10:30. but no food and everything is dry. The older chief is arguing with the lead about making more food in Spanish because of me taking pictures thinking no one can understand them! Very rude!!! She only wanted him to cook more because I took pictures! He didn't want to cook because he already clean his cooking area! Lazy staff lazy chief! I point out there's no food and ask if they will be making more was told no! Your open for another 1 hour 45 mins! Just lazy and uncaring!

I had Panda Express for the first time about 8-9 months ago, and their food was always amazing. However, in the past two months, their food consistency and quality has drastically changed. Portion sizes are insanely small for their pricing, and the food sometimes has nearly no real flavor. The Normal Orange Chicken is my go-to, but it's had a ramp-up in spice and has lost nearly all of it's original flavor. It's just genuienly not that good anymore, and I usually love spicy food!
Please fix your portion sizes, and stop replacing flavor with heat! The Orange Chicken is full of spice and literally leaves a burning sensation in my mouth for an hour or two.. and don't get me started on how often the employees just ignore the massive line of customers and walk around for no reason!
This isn't an issue with other Panda's, it's only our Mac location.

You can do better! When you walk in you are asked what you'd like & order. I waited 10 minutes for her to make the phone orders before acknowledging me. There were plenty of employees waiting to serve you. I know there is a better system. I've seen it.
As for the manager walking around with a dirty mop behind counter, you should know better, if not get a clue of what people see on the other side.
