Spicy Salami Calzone burned. Very limited stuffing for the price. If made to standard...$10 max price.

Pizza was okay. Sauce tasted like something out of a jar. Crust was amazing.... AMAZING. They brought the wrong pizza and overcharged me for it. But I don't fight in public with staff. I just paid and left. I knew I wouldn't be back anyway. Server was the small talk type. No thanks.

This pizza is easily Mcminnville's finest!Neopolitan, with locally sourced and house made ingredients. The creativity, ever changing specials and seasonal awareness are brilliant! The staff is friendly, professional, curteous, and never overbearing. I love this restaurant for many reasons! Don't skip the arancini, it is masterful, and also incorporates seasonal special inspiration in addition to the standard tried and true. The short ribs with polenta will have you comforted, and tearing up at the same time! I can give my highest recommendation for this restaurant! Chef Jeremy has some very simple and delicious direction, with truly amazing creativity, and with a relatively tight space he manages to crank out busy service with what appears to be "ease". Bravo!!!

We miss the old meatball pizza!!!! We've been supporters of pizza capo since their days in their food truck and love their pizza. The meatball was our go to. This version is just not as good and we miss the old one with actual meatballs on it.

This place makes better pizza than many places in Italy. They also made me a great espresso. You must ask for an espresso specifying that you want it "short".

Although my wife enjoys pizza, she is not one to generally request it. If it's there, sure, she'll have a slice, but its never high on her list of choice cuisines. After our visit to Pizza Capo on Saturday though, that is likely to change! There was about a 20-minute wait for a table which, again, since we're talking about *pizza*, that's a good sign that great things are to come. Not just anybody can pull off such a patrician presentation of an otherwise plebian provision, but the people behind Pizza Capo apparently know what they're doing. We ended up ordering the Spicy Salami, with the (recommended by our server) addition of some prosciutto, and goat cheese. We were warned against its heat level, but as my wife and I are Capsaicin Champions, it ended up being perfect: deliciously thin, oily, spicy and savory - one of the best pizzas my wife and I have had anywhere, ever!Add to that a Paper Plane (one of my favorite cocktails, and one that is rarely on a menu), a glass of wine, and a prosciutto board (because apparently we hadn't had enough!), and you end up with a meal so fantastic, it has completely changed my wife's opinion of pizza as more than a just a lazy answer to the incessant question of "What's for dinner?"; it can also be one of the finest dining experiences around, when in hands as capable as these! Who's the boss?! Pizza Capo!

Had family dinner here -- best spot this side of the Mississippi. We ordered just about everything and ate ALL of it. Nothing on the menu will disappoint. The drinks -- oh my! So good. The bartender Bren is magical! The last word is a must and an espresso martini for dessert should be obvious. Ben has done such a great job with this place I can't wait for it to be a movie. LONG LIVE PIZZA CAPO!DID I MENTION the hostess Kailee is... the waitlist is a guitar and she's Carlos Santana! Need I say more?
