Wheelchair accessibility: Don't feed the wildlife or you may end up in one. But yeah it's accessible.

When we walked in we were told "go ahead and sit at table 7" the tables where not numbered nor had we ever been there before. After standing there the waitress/hostess finally showed us where to go. The waitress expected us to know the menu without handing it to us, asking my son what he wanted to drink as we where sitting down and he didn't know what was offered. The staff was not rude or anything, they just seemed to have the expectation of us having been there before. Then I had to use the restroom, which was filthy and smelled like raw sewage. I held it and left. I will not return to this establishment ever. I urge others to beware.

Conveniently located with lots of parking. The restaurant is a bit worn out and in need of some TLC. The menu had a nice variety of options. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was flavorful and servings were hearty.
They must have a new cook who is absolutely clueless in how to prepare food from the menu. I don't cook but even I can make mashed potatoes. They were lukewarm & hadn't been mashed, there were giant chunks that I speared with my fork to eat. And, that was the highlight of my meal. The broccoli cheddar casserole was whole broccoli florets on top of cheesy rice & unmelted cheddar cheese to top it off! It was disgusting & inedible. The roll was a dough ball that also was not warm but was so doughy, it too, was really awful. Finally, the ribs weren't seasoned at all but were cooked properly but I didn't like the BBQ sauce. It was vinegary & I come from a different part of the country where BBQ sauce is tangy or sweet.
I also bought the marionberry cheesecake pie. It's outstanding except for the whipped cream around the edge. It got old very quickly.
Finally, our server was wonderful. I don't have my receipt anymore for her name but she tended to our every whim even though she was really busy. And, she did so with a smile.
This isn't the first time I've had bad food at this location & I don't know if it's a local problem or with all locations but I tried to give them another chance & in the scheme of things they failed miserably.
Now this is the first shark's that I actually liked the staff was awsome our waitress was very helpful loved her she worked late that night she was great. They got our food right and it tasted so good the other shares we have been to in salem was not good the parking was great and the place was clean I enjoyed eating here and will do it again. I feel this is one of the best shari's in Oregon.

Sherry's used to be an awesome place to go but whoever owns it now is really cheap and out on but they're willing to do for staff I mean all day everyday you have one waitress and she works her butt off so props to her no matter which one she is she's always working her butt off but she has to do too much and it's not fair.
