I looked on the website it showed Shari's was open and when I arrived seconds later the doors were locked it still says "OPEN". TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! Third time never will I go there again EVER... 2:00 am

Used to be our go-to brunch place, but in the last year or so there's been a lot of changes. Not sure if it was a change of management or what, but the food tastes different (fish is better, steaks are worse. Eggs are okay. Burgers are unchanged). Portion sizes also seem much....smaller? For more expensive prices, too. I understand that they had only one chef for a while, and probably went through a lot of churn. Wait Staff doesn't seem as attentive when we go, even if we're the only people there. I mean, it's a brunch place. The waitress was far more interested in talking to her coworkers than actually paying attention to her tables. It took her 10 minutes to come take our order in the empty restaurant. Our food sat at the counter for over 5 minutes before she brought it over and never came to check on us once. I had to ask a different waitress for things multiple times. Absolutely awful. First time I've ever not left a tip.

After being seated we were waiting for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I can understand if it was busy, but it wasn't we decided to wait. Coffee was terrible, tasted burnt and old. The food was worse. My scrambled eggs looked like corn flakes and tasted like nail polish smells. I wish I could give zero stars. Lesson learned.
