My coffee was at best like warm when I got it. When I came back in and explained it to Hailey, she told me “it’s the cream that’s making it cold”. Girl, I’ve made coffee at home many, many times. I know when the coffe is hot, the half & half doesn’t bring it down to room temp. She must’ve thought I was stupid or something? The service here needs fixing or Hailey’s attitude does.

I am not at all happy with Starbucks. I've heard that some students that get hired, and that you are hiring urgently, the students get fired for their hours not working out for you. I've read that you say the hours the students get hired for can work around their class schedules. However, the students get fired and are lied to about the reason for being let go! Your a business, give someone a chance and stop lying!!! I will not be doing any business with you any longer and I hope all the students that read this stop going as well!!! Terrible management!!!
