Generally great service. But twice now I have gone and ask for the “medicine ball” and specifically ask to be made with lemonade. Both times epic fail. No lemonade. No honey. I swear by these when I have a cold. They work and I can get over a cold fast with these. No lemonade and they don’t taste right. Sad.

Starbucks is like Domino's pizza, you could have a hundred different pizzas in front of you but you just know when you've reached the Domino's piece. Taste the same no matter where you go. Expensive.....

The service is terrible. After three minutes of waiting at the cash register, no one came up to take my order. Although there were 7 employees in the room. And everyone walked past me...And your coffee doesn't taste good.

I really loved there Christmas cookies. Wish they would carry more of a verity of cookies.
The employees went above and beyond to make my daughter feel better after accidentally dropping one of the glass mugs. They were so sweet and caring when she started crying, going as far as offering her a free cake pop and a hug. It makes my mama heart happy to know there are kind souls in this world to offer compassion to our littles. We will be a lifetime customer of this fine establishment!
Everyone is nice and polite here. But unfortunately, they don’t make online orders ready on time, it seems online orders are not their priority!!! So I always should wait long for even a small order (I saw others have this problem too).And also there is a gal between staffs who has long blonde hair and wearing glasses that she is not nice and always has attitude. It seems she doesn’t know who is the customer and she should do her job perfect and don’t make a difference between anyone…

Gave my order at the counter and they told me that a drink I typically order elsewhere can only be done here that day and not in the future. Glad to say I was only passing by. Some staff were friendly. Drive thru line was long but I went inside and waited about 12-15 mins for 2 drink orders (same type just one without whip cream).
