Horrible unless they have a great way of performing hate crimes every experience Ive encountered has been horrible from the food to lattes to frappes and most recently there was A HORRIBLE taste in my coffee like chemicals but times before it was decent. The lack of customer service is horrible besides one girl that works there. Also they only fill my Lattes 3/4 and do so much milk its insane. Only once I got a great drink here in years before their Remodel and after. Nothing has changed. ALSO They never give receipts you shouldn't have to ask for a receipt it is supposed to be given to every customer. I only by reading the name tag know anything and the prices are insane its nice to be a rewards member through Starbucks but have your receipts.Dietary restrictions: If you have restrictions they should be able to accommodate upon request of the person drinking the drink or eating the food.

Whenever I go to Starbucks I prefer this once since everyone is always so kind! They always make my coffee the way I like it and it's always lovely to chat with the employees at the driv thru window while we're waiting for my drink to be done

Went in and ordered 2 different coffee’s with SC cold foam. The lady Samantha was training another employee and the cold foam was literally thicker than whipped cream. She couldn’t even poor it out of the blender and to top it off one of the drinks had a long hair in it and all she offered to do was take the lid off. Disgusting. They need proper training on how to make drinks and keeping their hairs off peoples drinks.

How about a zero star! I just tried to order my usual coffee and the employee over charged me. When I told her it was incorrect, she began telling me she had to charge me more for a different syrup. She continued to argue with me even though I told her I know exactly how much it costs because I’ve been ordering the same coffee at Starbucks for three years. I made her refund me and left. Worst Starbucks employee ever!

Every new employee is just as bad as the ones before. Their attitude suggests they have never worked in customer service in their life, and were not trained. It takes weeks for stock to be put out. They complain when you question when you can expect to see merchandise out. Don’t listen when you order, complain when they make it wrong and you ask for it to be done correctly. It’s painful to even attempt to go there for anything

Not only were they too busy talking to realize they double charged me for a drink so I ended up paying $15 for a drink and a breakfast sandwich (they did refund me) they were still too busy talking to realize that they had made my breakfast sandwich and not my drink. And then she made my drink in such a hurry that it was the most disgusting pink drink I've ever had in my life. Way way way over sweetened. Your prices are already way over what they should be you should at least make us quality drinks.

Well they can't ever make Frappuccino cuz the worker told me they always forget to order the mix so I guess that says alot about how the place is ran

Caramel macchiato the worst I have ever had I watched them make it , they didn't put any caramel in the bottom of the cup 1oz coffee 2/3 cream with a drizzle of caramel on top of ice. This is one of the reasons I do not like Starbucks over rated business.

I honestly try and avoid this Starbucks, but I wanted coffee and what I got was milky Carmel macchiato, I asked for light ice and whip cream. They decided to put coffee and then the milk, ice, whip and caramel. When in reality you're supposed to put milk, ice, coffee, caramel drizzle and then the whip. I will not be coming here anymore. I'll go into Safeway and get a Starbucks coffee off the shelf before I drink anything at this place. I gave this two stars and not one because one of the girls was willing to make me a different drink while the other girl with short hair and not in uniform had an attitude about it. Like I didn't ask for an upside down caramel macchiato. These ppl need to be trained a little bit more, I worked at Starbucks for 3 years, its honestly all about making the drinks right and great customer service! I honestly wish both decent Starbucks weren't on the other side of Mac.
