This is the first time I've ever rated a starbucks.
They actually had mugs for people to sit and enjoy their drinks! That made all the difference.

8/10 the drink is incorrect and 9/10 the employee has the worst attitude. It’s your literal job to fake orders in the drive through and you act like it’s inconvenient to you? Dutch is 2 minutes away and atleast their employees provide customer service. Go there instead. I

I ordered a venti drink, received a tall. They said everything is the same and just poored it into a venti cup, I told them it is done incorrectly since the sweetnes of the items I added would make my drink too sweet. They proceed to give me my second drink and its a grande drink, again, for this I asked for a tall as its for a child. ?♀️ its not the order being incorrect that bothered me its the attitude they give when I asked for it to be fixed. I was very nice about it as I have worked for customer service and appreciate when people speak to me with respect.
Im not sure whats going on with the crazy amount of bad comments. Im very very picky when it comes to my coffee and this starbucks out of most of the starbucks around town or surrounding areas always mess up my coffees. I only like a select few in the areas but this one is fantastic at making the coffee and the service is top notch. I appreciate the love that goes into the coffee here at this location and the fact they are always willing to work with you if you are a tad low on funds or if they do make a mistake they immediately fix it if your not too chicken to speak up. Ive been coming here since day 1 and they haven't disappointed yet and even if they did once or twice, they're only human, and we all make mistakes. Thank you guys for your amazing service, wonderful and clean atmosphere, and great coffee every time. Plus, you guys are so fast it's unreal how great the coffee comes out even though you make it like speedy Gonzales hahaha. God bless you guys and kudos to you for dealing with the public like you people do. People can be brutal.

I won’t ever come back to this location . I’m so disappointed after going to this location. My coffee taste like it has old shots. The girl also added whip cream to my hot coffee (it’s not supposed to). My frappe was so runny and half the drink had whip cream so I don’t know what the girls deal is with putting a ton of whip cream on drinks but it ruined it. I had my frappe layered of whip and it wasn’t supposed to be. They were out of everything to eat other than a sandwich but still had them in the showcase. And unfortunately when I very nicely said something about the whip cream she wouldn’t remake them and practically ignored me and laughed. I stopped going to start bucks for a while and recently started going again and I don’t plan on going after this because I paid $15 for 3 drinks and 2 of them were horrible and ended up not getting drank or remade .
