I come in almost every day. Place my order typically 5 minutes in advance and nobody has said anything until today. I live less than 5 minutes away so I usually place my order when I leave my house. Today a barista berated me for “ inconveniencing “ them. Horrible horrible customer service. I will not be returning and I advise people to do the same or prepare to be berated for “ inconveniencing “ the baristas. This is not how you treat a loyal customer.

Great staff! I was greeted with a cheery hello as soon as I stepped in the door even though the five baristas were super busy. Very clean, neatly organized and enjoyed watching the staff interact with guests and each other. The drive thru line never stopped and mobile orders were ready when customers showed up for pick-up. I have visited Starbucks locations across the country from big cities like New York Boston and Miami to grocery store outlets in the middle of nowhere and this location was a fine example of what a Starbucks can be!

8/10 the drink is incorrect and 9/10 the employee has the worst attitude. It’s your literal job to fake orders in the drive through and you act like it’s inconvenient to you? Dutch is 2 minutes away and atleast their employees provide customer service. Go there instead. I

I ordered a venti drink, received a tall. They said everything is the same and just poored it into a venti cup, I told them it is done incorrectly since the sweetnes of the items I added would make my drink too sweet. They proceed to give me my second drink and its a grande drink, again, for this I asked for a tall as its for a child. ?♀️ its not the order being incorrect that bothered me its the attitude they give when I asked for it to be fixed. I was very nice about it as I have worked for customer service and appreciate when people speak to me with respect.
