I ordered a teriyaki chicken foot long and what I got was a veggie sandwich with about 4 pieces of chicken without the avocado and buffalo sauce that I asked for the jalapeños taste awful worst experience ever the customer service pretty bad!!

Don't bother going through drive-thru if you have photosensitivity or need to talk to an actual person. They have a touchscreen to order that is not car friendly on reach. Not only that if the sun is out you can't see due to the glare. In addition it gives the wrong amount for your order. The kiosk said $20.97 and when we got to the window it was actually $21.88. The person was also rude and all they said about it was that they knew it was wrong but they can't do anything about it. I for one will not be going back to that one, I will go to the other one by Lowe's. They are substantially better with everything and it's a real person from start to finish with your order, as drive-thru should be.

Waited half an hour for a “toasted meatball sub” that was ice cold. Spoke up about this but had the drive thru window shut on me as a result. Disappointing.

My experiences with this subway has been some of the best for subway. I have eaten at this subway many times. The staff is kind. Bathrooms are clean. Restaurant in general usually looks clean. There are plenty of workers to get food fast. Many subways in my experience are under staffed. I would definitely recommend this subway.

I went on Saturday there were two girls and a boy working, one was a girl with black hair and extensions curled all the way down her back who was reaching over the person making my sandwich dipping her hair onto my sandwich multiple times ? her hair should be up for sanitation reasons. The guy making my sandwich went to the fridge with his sanitation gloves on twice to get more veggies and came back with the same gloves on then continued to make my sandwiches. They were all over the place reaching over one another bumping into each other. Each person should have a station a cashier a veggie placer and an order taker each person should not try to tackle each station with each customer that is way too chaotic. The guy kept asking me what came on my sandwich and had no idea what he was doing and the two girls did not like him and were very rude and not helpful to teach him anything. They switched positions with each customer falling all over each other making the sandwiches in a chaotic unsanitary way. One of the girls slammed napkins down while I was trying to pay and hit my purse and knocked into my hands reaching over the boy who was trying to ring up my total. It was very unnecessary. $25 for two sandwiches was way over priced for this type of service. They need a supervisor on duty before someone gets hair in their food and food poisoning.
Walked in 1 guest sitting and eating their sandwhich. Was only person ordering. Cashier chick was doing her till, she lets me know someone will take my order in a moment. Someone comes out with a headset stands right infront of me and ask what can I get you? and before I answer she starts making a sandwhich, shes doing an online order after a couple minutes another woman comes out looks at me and then goes back to not doing anything. 3 people there only doing online orders ignoring the person right infront of them. I ended up walking out and going to the carls jr right next door.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star but everytime I come here the service is terrible. They don't even do the bare minimum. I ordered a sandwich with toppings and sauce and they gave me a peice of bread with only meat and nothing else. I am very disappointed and none of it is fresh. Waste of time and money and very unsatisfied. Don't recommend going here.

This is one of two Subway sandwich franchises in McMinnville and as always Subway delivers. I was greeted with a smile and the process of building my sandwich was on point. It was fast and pleasant. It was very clean including the rest rooms. The parking lot was small but the drive thru makes up for it. They are handicap and wheelchair accessible. The prices are competitive but are much better with the coupons they send in the mail.
