Quite literally had one of the best sandwiches made today. I ordered door dash which usually ends in the worst experience ever from other restaurants but this time it was the perfect amount of everything and was soooo good.

Wow! Absolutely the best Subway experience ever. Krista or Christa made the most delicious sandwiches and Dakota was a joy to chat with at the payment window, Dakota was happy and helpful and patient and kind and professional. If I was looking to hire I would scoop her up in a hot minute. Subway should give Dakota a fat raise!!!

I ordered Subway catering for a birthday party this last weekend, which also landed on Linfield graduation weekend so I’m sure they were absolutely slammed. And there was not adequate staffing for this. Therefor my special instructions were overlooked when they made my catering sandwich platters. Every platter was made incorrectly except for one. I reached out to management and the EZ catering, and they did refund me for about 80% of my order, which I was very happy with. If you order catering, be sure to check the platters before leaving the store.

We went to drive through and person who took the order was not pleasant or customer service oriented. We pulled up to the window & sat for 10 minutes at least and no acknowledgement that we were there. There was another woman there who came out of the back & visited with the order person then went back to the back. When we finally got our sandwiches she was abrupt and unfriendly. One of the sandwiches was to be toasted, wasn't. The last time we were at the drive thru on Mothers Day a year ago and the person refused to take our order because we didn't know the drive through speaker had been fixed.

Worst experience at a subway EVER. both our -SIMPLE- sandwiches were completely wrong and... mixed. I waited for at least 10 minutes just to get our order taken then another 15 at the window waiting to pay and get our food. The only thing they got right was the cookies. I was very upset as there was literally no one in line or in the resturaunt itself.

Honestly sad that I have to even leave 1 star.
Almost $40 for 3 sandwiches is insane. I found hair in my sandwich and on top of that it smelled extremely bad.
This sandwich had a fragrance that belonged in a steamy, poorly ventilated yoga studio rather than a deli.
I'll never be back. But then again, who even could for $40 for 3 sandwiches.

They poorly made my sandwich order. I went through the drive-thru to place my order for to-go. I got a 6-inch wheat. My order was repeated back to me, confirming my requests, so there should be no reason I'm missing 3 ingredients. I ordered extra tomatoes. I did not get extra tomatoes (they probably charged me for extra tomatoes) I ordered lettuce but i did not get lettuce on my sandwich. I ordered mustard (and extra mustard) but did not get any. I ordered mayo with extra mayo and i also got a regular amount of mayo. I clearly communicated my special requests and as I said at the beginning of my review here, they repeated back to me my requests and additional ingredients, so I'm not sure why my sandwich came to me poorly made.
I could simplify their issues to a couple of assumptions; maybe they were overwhelmed with work. Maybe whoever coordinated my sandwich is forgetful. Maybe they wanted to take a shortcut at my literal expense. Maybe they chose not to double-check their work for customer satisfaction. Maybe they didn't have enough care to complete their job. Maybe they can't comprehend a sandwich order.....who knows? All I know is that I'm left with basically half the ingredients I requested, with the full charge of the sandwich. After this visit, I'm not ecstatic about returning. I'm 7 months pregnant and need as much nutrients as possible. Hopefully, other subways near me aren't as disappointing.

Pretty much perfect although I don't like the rap music I occasionally hear there it's supposed to be family friendly and I don't want my children hearing bad words in public places not ok.

It's not worth the money. Had cheese steak. Without the name, i would not have known what it was. Actually none of the sandwiches are worth the money no just like all fast food.
I ordered a teriyaki chicken foot long and what I got was a veggie sandwich with about 4 pieces of chicken without the avocado and buffalo sauce that I asked for the jalapeños taste awful worst experience ever the customer service pretty bad!!
