By far the worst fast food restaurant in McMinnville and it’s not even close. I swear the most incompetent people get hired for this location. Half the time your order is wrong, inside is always disgusting with leftover food everywhere. Don’t try to order ahead cause u will be waiting at the store for more than 15min past the pick up time. Like I said worst fast food in McMinnville owner needs to fired.

They are allergic to ice. They have a little container to the side of the soda machine they keep the ice in. I watched as they scooped about 3 ice cubes into each large soda. They don't even keep the soda machine cold so the soda is immediately cool-warm. Thanks Taco Bell!
Also, stop covering the entire drive thru menu in ads. I can't see what's available when you do that and it makes it take that much longer.

Got my family dinner at the McMinnville location, not only was our order wrong it was cold and they smashed to Mexican pizza to the top of the box. How is r his possible? Do you guys just not care? I think that there is poor management, poor service and several other food quality checks that are poor or bad! I'm upset and pissed because it never used to be that way. What happen? Need to get ur quality back up and fix these issues. Food cold, is nasty and I will not be coming back!

I just recently started to door dash, and about 95% of the time I gotta pick up here it's a long wait. The last time I went to pick up an order I wasn't helped for six minutes, then on top of that another nine minutes before it was ready. So I won't be picking up for door dash at taco bell.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 pack of tacos, six soft and six hard. All of my hard shell tacos were broken like they were pressed down on intentionally. The soft tacos were not even folded over and just smushed in the wrappers. My kids had a hard time opening the soft shells because the paper was stuck to the insides. I think somebody there hates their job or was trying to be funny and showing off to other coworkers that they don't care.
Also I requested two hot sauces per taco and they gave me only six. I shouldn't be shorted on hot sauce just because I order more than they think the allotment is for hot sauces. I use two hot sauces per taco and I specifically said that in a drive-thru and then I had to repeat myself multiple times at the window and they made me feel bad about requesting it like I was going above and beyond what normal people ask for. Please work on your customer service and hire people that actually try.

The portions of meat in the dishes are disappointingly small, making it feel like poor value for the price. It seems their focus is more on overcharging and maximizing profits rather than providing a satisfying meal.

ETA: Don't expect a refund if they screw up your order. Employees will give you a runaround about some 1-800 number that doesn't actually do anything.
Literally somehow managed to give me the ENTIRELY WRONG food order but the correct drinks? I had an online order WITH MY NAME ON IT and you still give me some random person's from the drive thru that's labeled as such? They weren't busy, either, so don't lie about that crap. You don't have excuses, you just can't do the bare minimum of your job.

It's one of the better taco bells it's clean all the time including the bathrooms and the parking lot the staff is ok but could be friendlier.The atmosphere is usually calm and kinda quiet. But always check your order they don't mess up often but once in awhile.

Ordered 2 tostadas and a Crunchwrap to go. Got home, no crunchy shell in the Crunchwrap which ended up being a good thing because the shells for the tostadas were RANCID! I took one small bite and threw up.

gen z listen up… this is tex mex… if you cannot hand out chips with nacho cheese EVER when that’s one of the oldest things on the menu then how are you even qualified to blink let alone do this job? every time i come through i get cheese and no chips… its insane… do better.

This location struggles with staffing I think. 2/3rds of the time you're waiting 20+ minutes in the drive through.
I don't fault the employees, they seem to be doing their best.
I've watched many a vehicle drive over the curb/grass and leave midstream. Wild.
As I write this, this visit, there are 14 cars behind me and I think 4 cars in front of me. I'd also drive over the curb and leave but I don't have a car that can.
They should get rid of the divider so that people who are tired of waiting can leave earlier. Otherwise you just have cars waiting and then zipping past the drive through window.
edit: Nevermind, just watched 6 cars leave, so, hey, the line is shorter?
