We were traveling from WA to CA and found this hotel online. It was the highest rated one for Medford, at least on the site I was on. We were delighted with how friendly the staff was. We had dinner and it was fresh and high quality food. Our room was so clean which made me feel comfortable, especially the bathroom. It appears to be very family focused with games that you can play with your family in the lobby. While it wasn't home, it felt close to it. I never go online to rave about hotels, ever. But this hotel deserves the accolades. Thank you.

Me and my wife came in for dinner last night. I need to say that the service was very bad. The waitress were supposed to bring back lemon for my wife. Never showed up the manager. We're supposed to bring back ranch dressing and fry sauce. He also never came back. We was actually going to rent a room and decided not because the service was bad.

The food was decent. I was a little disappointed that the fancy margaritas being served in plastic cups (seated indoors, not poolside). The waiter was ok, did the minimum, nothing extra or engaging. But I've been here before and it's been wonderful, so I'll go back!

Great quesadilla, great daiquiri, and great service! Dante was very attentive and went out of his way for me. Really appreciate it, and enjoyed the outdoor seating by the pool. Definitely a must for parrotheads.

We hosted our parents 50th Anniversary party there August 2024 and I cannot say enough about the beautiful room, wonderful staff, delicious food and stellar service. Zach made it such an easy process and was instrumental in helping us pull it off. Joe is a hands on manager who helped and they made the day just stellar. Great food, great place for an event. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good stuff about this hotel! The staff is top tier as well as their service. I always feel welcomed, and all my requests are efficiently taken care of. When I travel to the area this is my first choice!! I love their restaurant "It's 5 O'clock Somewhere". The food is good and fresh. The breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have experienced. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! They are both family and pet friendly! The rooms are beautifully done and comfortable. They keep the grounds well-manicured and secure. I will definitely be back! Thank you, guys, for helping to make our vacation an amazing one that will be remembered for years to come!!
