We were traveling from WA to CA and found this hotel online. It was the highest rated one for Medford, at least on the site I was on. We were delighted with how friendly the staff was. We had dinner and it was fresh and high quality food. Our room was so clean which made me feel comfortable, especially the bathroom. It appears to be very family focused with games that you can play with your family in the lobby. While it wasn't home, it felt close to it. I never go...
Took a lil too get seated and get our food. The manager made up for it an said sorry an got us a cake which was amazing. Everything was worth the wait thank u most definitely will be coming back again
The food was decent. I was a little disappointed that the fancy margaritas being served in plastic cups (seated indoors, not poolside). The waiter was ok, did the minimum, nothing extra or engaging. But I've been here before and it's been wonderful, so I'll go back!
