This little shop is so cute and the staff is so sweet! They have so many different ice creams including playdough, cotton candy, almond mocha fudge, black licorice and my personal favorite double fudge brownie! They also have a few frozen yogurt options and pineapple dole whip that is absolutely amazing! They have so much to choose from like smoothies, floats, sundaes, milkshakes and more! The owners are the best and are the sweetest and do they're very best to make your experience at the shop amazing! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Saturday afternoon, sunny and warm outside, one person working in their whole store. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before we just left because we still had five people in front of us. I'll never get ice cream there again since they can't even manage a schedule that reflects the day of the week and weather. Bad, bad service!

As a bit of a health nut, I love the non-fat, low calorie treats available at All American Frozen Yogurt. Unfortunately, I'm not too fond of their service. In fact, I can say that it's the worst service I've ever experienced. The very first time I went to the little stand in the food court, it was about twenty-minutes before the food court was set to close. My fiance and I stood in the line area for a few minutes before the teenaged cashier looked at us and said, "We're getting ready to close." Needless to say, we left without any frozen yogurt last night. I've had a series of bad experiences with them, but last week's took the cake. It was three in the afternoon. There was one other customer being helped, and two employees. I stood there for seven minutes without ever even being acknowledged. I walked away and took my business to Starbucks instead. It's really a shame when a company with a good product doesn't have the staff to back it up. I hope that they start training their employees in customer service sometime soon, because I really love frozen yogurt, but I just can't bring myself to go there anymore!
