They need to work on customer skills. We were given the wrong salad plates by the employee an was accused of getting the salads without playing for them. This is after we had bought over 80.00 worth of food. i guess you should train your employees to hand out the right plates and not accused paying customers of stealing.

Relaxed atmosphere with delicious pizza, chicken, and salad! Real pizza, not that thick crust crap. JJ Special is the best pizza ever made ? Good beer selection and big TV for watching sporting events.
Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids. There are a lot of fun arcade games.

Love their chicken especially but pizza is great too. Not a fan when you go in on a week day at dinner time and all the tables down stairs say "reserved". It makes staying difficult when you just drove 30 miles (one way) to have dinner with your kids and grandkids and your spouse cannot navigate stairs. The grandkids were looking forward to eating there so we took great caution getting my spouse up the stairs.
Parking: Not impressed they reserve so many tables in a night. It's really difficult for older patrons to navigate stairs. Quite honestly, we were ready to go elsewhere seeing all the tables downstairs reserved but the grandkids did not. Maybe reserve your upstairs first ?
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but take plenty of "game" money because they have a few games for the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Technically yes for downstairs. The door is tight to get through and the little hallway doesn't give much room to open the door. Not sure there really is enough room in the restroom either

I wouldn’t even give this establishment one star, I ordered the small broasted chicken. There was only 3 pieces of chicken in there, and a ton of undercooked fries that were as limp as my grandads 3” sausage. Not only that, I went in the bathroom and there was a crackhead snorting a line of coke. Unbelievable. I want a refund

If you like pizza, pepperoni pizza especially and taco pizza. Try it here. There's just something about their pizzas that I love. Not the cheapest I don't know what is the cheapest actually, but not bad. It's about quality not quantity here if you want quantity they can do that too with quality.
Parking: There's two locations on the same road but one is in Phoenix and one in Medford
