My two year old and I got awful food poisoning on Sunday because the negligence of food safety. We received cold fries, cold burger, cold mozzarella sticks, my son’s pasta had the consistency of glue. My husband’s burger was soggy and cold in the middle. I disputed the charge with my bank because I refuse to pay 55+ dollars for microwaved trash. I will not return, considering there was 5-6 tables TOTAL in the restaurant, there’s no excuse for cold mediocre food. I understand...read full review
I feel like the owners are TRYING to force a shut down. Attached is a “sign” they have in their lobby displaying that they are surcharging their debit customers.
Additionally I know it’s Applebees but the food was worse than expected. My fries were super over cooked, and all stuck together almost like they had been sitting under a heat lamp, and the table across from us was served raw chicken wings
I go to Applebee's weekly after my chemotherapy infusions or oncology/labs appointments... and the Medford restaurant has the friendliest waitresses, plus great food 😍 I love the half price appetizers...that's plenty to eat for me, and then I have room for dessert!! 😋
