From start to finish, this place was a joke our entire visit. Made us wait for a seat,when the restaurant was probably 15% full and servers chatting in the corner. 4 of us sat down, received 2 sets of silverware and after asking 3 times,finally received 2 more sets. Didn't replenish water, even when asked. Server explained how the digital jukebox worked, so we PAID to listen to music our family liked, but they seemed to think they should vacuum around our tables and have an employee get together around our table,so my kids never heard the songs that we paid to hear. The service was subpar, food was subpar, prices were through the roof for the portions we received. This is the new corporate structure bankruptcy. Expect this restaurant to be closed soon and don't eat here.
Turn off the lights, fire everyone, and quit ruining family's nights.

With the rising price of things, Applebee's was smart to add it's Happy Hour menu. Trying to help us all out. Great drinks, signature appetizers for half price. Chicken wonton tacos are yummy!
I have ordered Carside Service at this location about 4 times in the past year. Every time my food has taken anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes longer than the time it was "supposed to be ready". When I get back to work and take out my food it is cold, wilted and soggy. I'm so frustrated with the decline in food quality that does not match the amount of money I am paying. I will not be going back to this Applebee's. So disappointed.

I'm not sure if it is a lack of staff, lack of training, or just bad management overall. I'm honestly surprised this location is still open. I've visited Applebees locations when I travel out of town, and the experience is always positive. I've walked out of this location 3/5 times when stopping in to get food.
