Twice I have been in and have waited a long time for my order. Today I placed an online order an hour ahead of time and arrived 10 min after the order pick up time a.d it still wasn't ready. They said we were waiting on the pizza bites, I still had to wait another 5 min. And when I got them they were not even warm, and appeared to be day old pretzels, not fresh, that we're just barely heated up. I also ordered a large drink and was given a small. So far, not the best experience. My last one is too long to type here.i will wait several weeks and try again..... I hope they are able to improve on their time management among other things....

Absolutely scumpcious! Although the $1 cheese is really bad, the pretzels more than make up for it. I'd avoid the cheese cups they're tiny and taste badly. Don't get me wrong, pretzels are great, I'd also ask for fresh food, they will make it fresh if you ask.

I visited the Medford, Oregon location today. We were the only customers, but the 4 employees behind the counter were engaged in conversation. We politely asked for a moment to review the menu since it was our first visit. When we were ready to order, the manager and the original employee briefly acknowledged us but continued their conversation. One of the other two employees smirked and walked away. After waiting for 2 minutes, we left. The poor customer service and disrespect left a negative impression, and I question the restaurant's future. Despite the exhausting and stressful environment, it's clear to see how hard the employees work and care for their jobs. Even though they were overwhelmed with their drive thru and horribly understaffed, they made sure everyone was happyand taken care of. I could not have been more impressed. They all deserve a big raise and a nice long break! If you're heading their way, tip big and be kind!
