Absolutely scumpcious! Although the $1 cheese is really bad, the pretzels more than make up for it. I'd avoid the cheese cups they're tiny and taste badly. Don't get me wrong, pretzels are great, I'd also ask for fresh food, they will make it fresh if you ask.

Pretzels taste a day old and rubbery. They smelled awful. Friendly service. They are not busy enough to keep the food fresh. I tried going back two more times to see if they were just having a bad day. Unfortunately, the pretzels were just as bad each time I went.

I visited the Medford, Oregon location today. We were the only customers, but the 4 employees behind the counter were engaged in conversation. We politely asked for a moment to review the menu since it was our first visit. When we were ready to order, the manager and the original employee briefly acknowledged us but continued their conversation. One of the other two employees smirked and walked away. After waiting for 2 minutes, we left. The poor customer service and disrespect left a negative impression, and I question the restaurant's future. Amazing pretzels kinda small for sharing but a great snack
I finally decided to give Aunt Annie's a try and oh my goodness, why did it take me so long! I had the most amazing shake! I fell in love with their PB Chocolate Love. It was absolutely delicious and I can't get enough of it! I've even decided to make it a biweekly ritual to treat myself for being good the rest of the time, haha!

Service is so slow. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes already for my order (pretzel) that was supposed to be ready at 1:09. At this point you should give me my order for free and reimburse. Will not be coming back, I’ve been here twice and the service is so slow

The Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne’s is a great idea… in theory. The wait was a while before even ordering, then when we went to order we saw why, the Order taker was impossibly slow and seem confused, 2/3 things we wanted were not in stock, even at 1:20 pm that I’m writing this. We got a small mango-a-go-go and a medium RazzleMaDazzle, got an original pretzel bites and pepperoni bites and spent 29:95Poor worker was working all by herself doing everything on her own

this is now the second time this has happened. I placed a pick up order today at 9:54 am to be ready for pickup at 11:00. I get there at around 11:03 and it's not ready.. okay whatever. I stood there for 10 mins. keep in mind all I had was two regular pretzels. a mother and her son walk in and order a few pretzels and a Jamba Juice drink.. they get their food before I do.. it is very frustrating when not only has this situation happened once but now twice. the teenagers that work here are very sweet but please take into consideration that people place ahead online for a reason. the food is mediocre, I definitely don't recommend ordering ahead because there's no reason to because it won't be ready anyways.
