Best Thai restaurant I've found in NorCal.
So disappointed with the special! Shrimp, scallop, salmon with asparagus. Was served in a broth. 3 shrimp, three small salmon chunks, 2 scallops. No rice or anything...all for $45.
Nothing special and a horrible value. I was so surprised, it's not what I would expect from Bambu!
Excellent food and service
Seating very crowded. Too close to neighboring tables
Delicious variety of food with generous portions. Always love coming here, it's been a few years because we moved but I am so glad we stopped in tonight.
One of my favorite places in Medford
A blend of amazing flavors make all of their dishes amazing. Lots of great Asian inspired dishes. So good!
The food was wonderful, it tasted amazing, with lots of flavor. The service was excellent, friendly, and helpful.
The food here was very good, however the service was not. Granted we had a large party, but the waiter seemed very disorganized and even rude and dismissive at times. He greeted the table by saying “Wow, so you’re all on separate checks? Can you try to change that?” and then walked away. This was not in a joking manner either.
This was a surprise birthday party so we all showed up about 10 minutes before the birthday guest, and the staff was made aware of this during the reservation and also when we checked in, however we were pressured multiple times to start ordering before the main guest even arrived.
I had ordered an appetizer as my entree as I wasn’t too hungry, and when they came out with the appetizers they asked who had ordered the dish, and I along with several other people at the table said I did. Well about 10 minutes later the waiter blamed me for taking someone else’s appetizer, as mine was coming out with the main courses, but I was not aware of that.
On the menu it says they encourage sharing entrees yet we weren’t even given sharing plates for the appetizers. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the waiter to come around again so we could get plates and eat our food!
Very well organized restaurant with very high standards in service. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed
So yummy! Small location but the get the food out quickly. Lovely atmosphere. All the staff work as a team and it makes for excellent service.

Very overpriced, the chicken pad thai did not taste good. Also ordered the vegetable spring rolls it was $10 and only came with 2 rolls!
An Incredible Holiday Dinner Experience!
We recently held our company holiday dinner, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations.
The staff, especially Chelsea, went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. They brought out all the appetizers on time, helped us rearrange tables effortlessly, and provided excellent customer service throughout the night. Chelsea even remembered everyone’s drink preferences for refills and assisted with cleanup without making us feel rushed.
What stood out most was how thoughtful the team was—they even packaged up all our leftover food at the end for us to take home! Every detail was handled with kindness and professionalism, making our event truly special.
I highly recommend their services for any event. Thank you, Veronica, Chelsea, and the entire team, for making our holiday dinner an unforgettable experience!
I'm not usually a fan of fusion restaurants. I prefer authentic and traditional. However, their seafood curry is amazing.

Bamboo pad thai with shrimp was good! If eating for a couple, the portions are large enough to share an entree.
