Barney's Better Burgers

The lady at the front that took my order was soooooo rude. Did not give me the time of day at all. I went in there a few weeks ago. Please teach her customer service.

This place rocks! Just came for lunch on a Thursday with my family. Ordered a few burgers, drinks, and shared a large fry. Everything came out quickly. Plenty for three people (including 2 teenagers!). Everything is fresh and delicious. The burger prices are very competitive and the selection is vast. Give this place a try if you haven't yet. You won't regret it.

Had a late lunch here 4th of July weekend. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and it was great, however I also ordered the fries and they were TERRIBLE. I chose dine in and when I got them they were cold, crusty and all broken (one inch long). I think they either got lazy or cheap or both and gave me fries that had been sitting there for a couple hours. Fries should have been fresh and hot since it was only 10 seconds from the fryer to my table. There's too many great burger joints in Medford to put out fries like this. Im undecided if I will return. Btw, Five Guys has the best fries in town. Too bad, Barneys.

We stopped by and the 3 of us each ordered burgers. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. The burgers were really good, and the fries too. Definitely will be back again!

Burger was okay, but the fries tasted like they had sat out literally all day, and were inedible.

Friendly staff, terrific burgers, shakes & fries! Stopped in late Sat afternoon with the grandkids. Everything was cooked to order...no heat lamps! It was all good! Thanks.

Barney's is consistently spot on!
They are our go to for burgers. Brisket is delectable. The fries are thin & crispy. The onion rings are perfect. They have a large selection of shake flavors.
The service is always friendly and fast.

I can't believe I've never been here before! Neither the wife or I had ever had a peanut butter shake before....OH MY YUM! The burger and fries were perfectly done, we'll be back!

Terrible management and the owner is a liar and a terrible management they lie and refuse to do anything to fix problems they discrimination and treat others unfair with no evidence or issues terrible environment to be around

The food was great but the staff aren't very kind and treat customers bad and chase em off. when I got done eating I went outside to roll a smoke with no intention of staying on theyre property to smoke and the lady who worked there came outside and told me I couldn't roll a smoke there. It is not illegal to prepare my smokes even in public. It's illegal to smoke it in public. Get your facts straight and stop harassing good customers. Need to get rid of rude people who have respect to customers. I was in no way in the wrong. There weren't any children around or families and I was treated wrong when I like to enjoy my life the way I like.....
